This program will provide you with the knowledge and managerial skills to meet the technical qualifications for the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Builder Medium Rise licence. Check with the QBCC on what the Builder Medium Rise licence allows you to build. This program does not have any specific entry requirements. However, completion of Year 12 English and Mathematics is recommended. The program meets the technical qualifications requirement of the QBCC Builder - Medium Rise licence. Enrolments are taken on an ongoing basis. Students can enrol at any time 24/7 online, over the phone or in person during business hours. Enrolment is for a period of 12 months. To Achieve the Qualification CPCBC50210 DIPLOMA OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION (BUILDING) requires the completion of ALL 13 Core & 5 Elective Units of Competency (18 in Total) listed in COLUMN 1. TRANSFER & ELIGIBILITY FOR in (CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) If you have successfully completed ANY of the following Units of Competency or Qualifications listed in columns 3 OR 4 and you can produce Certified copies of your qualification you will NOT have to enrol in the corresponding Unit of Competency in COLUMN 1 to complete the full Qualification because you will be given Credit for that Unit. 3 CORE UNITS in CPC50210 UNIT OUTLINE TRANSFER ELIGIBLE (CPC50210 Packaging CPCCBC4001A process for low rise building required to access, interpret and apply relevant building standards applicable to the processes of residential and lowrise commercial buildings ( low-rise licensing classification with reference to Class 1 and 10 and Classes 2 to 9 with a gross floor area not exceeding 2000m 2, not including Type A or Type B ). To successfully construct low-rise buildings requires a thorough knowledge of the purpose and content of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) coupled with the ability to interpret other standards related to a specific building. The unit addresses those structures classified by the Building Code of Australia as class 1 and class 10. Knowledge of the application of structural principles in accordance with the Australian Standards is essential. This core course is very lengthy but is critical to your understanding of.
