They are more scalable and more cost effective than classroom training, and allow learners across the globe to take courses in self-study. Denali Academy uses elearning modules as part of the blended learning programs. In that context, they allow learners to acquire foundational knowledge in a condensed period of time, and check their understanding through quizzes. Expensive classroom time can then focus on application and exercises rather than lecture. 9 CategoRise - Category Management Game CATEGORISE This game is designed to simulate a category management scenario you might encounter in real life, and give your team a chance to practice some of the skills covered in this course. In this game, your stakeholder will start out overwhelmed and unsure of what they truly need, just like in a real life. Your goals are to develop an effective category management strategy and deliver results that meet your stakeholder s needs. Recommended: Two one hour rounds. Ideal to incorporate during a classroom training, a workshop or a strategy day. COST USD 499 per box set. 1 box set is for a maximum of 6 people. CATEGORY MANAGER To do so, you ll spend Resource Tokens to take Actions, perform Research, manage your Stakeholder Relationship, and Deliver Results. You won t have enough Resources to do everything, so it s up to you and your team members to come up with the best category management strategy!
