Your orders will be scheduled in our production planning system based on it is always possible to get an updated status due to design and plant engineering progress. Due to wide ranging in house manufacturing capability, covering machining, welding, painting, switch cabinet construction and assembly hall, we have massive flexibility and reactive capability. With our well-known suppliers, we rely on solid, long-term partnerships so that the delivery capability of the purchased parts is guaranteed. Our new production halls offer best possibilities by starting-up of machines till small-scale production with several automation systems at the same time. Process Development Our project development is based on our first contacts to our customers. We are developing concepts regarding customer requirements and specifications provided by customer. The departments sales and design are involved during quotation phase and prepare the machine layout and a quotation. Your order will be processed in our specialist department project management. During the project you have always one contact person, who is at any time able to support you and to assure project mile stones. At the end there is always a successfully, collective release in your plant. Service We are a full-service supplier in the automation. Having delivered and released our machines, we are still your first contact having any queries. Our service, sales and project management team is available for all questions due to the machine. We are your competent contact person also during your serial production. Quality The quality of our solutions is seen as our essential development target for our customers. We consider always effective methods (like concept discussions, FMEA, design releases ) to make sure to fulfil your quality requirements right from the development of the applications, by discussions and also during design phase. Components are only delivered by well-known suppliers having a high quality standard. Experts are working in plant engineering and programming.
