The Rate will remain valid for Two Years from the date of issuance of Purchase order. 2. Every bidder has to quote for all items [As per Annexure], otherwise the tender document will be subject to disqualification. The items should be delivered at our office at free of cost. During the period of contract there would be no escalation on basic price [ Service tax as applicable at the time of delivery ] 3. Items and quantity shall be requisitioned from time to time and to be delivered as per requirement. 4. Payment will be made within thirty days on submission of bill/challan. Statutory deductions will be made as applicable. 5. Delivery Schedule : Materials have to be delivered on half yearly basis as per instruction of Officer-in- charge from time to time. However, if any material from the scheduled item as per the Annexure is required on a small quantity from time to time, the same has to be delivered also on exigency basis 6. The Company can terminate the contract by serving two month s notice without assigning any reason. 7. Please mention your PAN NO. / VAT No. And BANK ACCOUNT NO FOR ECS. 8. It is mandatory for the bidders that before quoting the rates all samples should be checked / verified available in the department. 9. The offer and the rate shall be valid for acceptance for a period of 60 [sixty] days from the last date of submission of the offer. 10. The selected suppliers shall be responsible for abiding by all the relevant Statutory Rules. 11. Our Company reserves the right to cancel the tender/offers without assigning any reason whatsoever. 12. EMD/Security: An amount of Rs.10,000/- towards Security EMD and the said may be converted to Security Deposit against the successful bidder. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded after completion of tender process without any interest. 13. Period of Contract: Two years from the date of our Purchase Order. Thereafter it may be extended for further one year on mutual consent. 14. The company reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
