1 Placing your final Order Door to Door Sales Prizes & Pickup Time Signup

2 Before you begin Please have the following items ready: Your user name and password for the popcorn system All order forms for each scout All prize orders from each scout Show & Sell Allocations for each scout How many Military Donations your unit sold at Show & Sell Your total inventory you have left from your Show & Sell Your preferred pickup time for popcorn pickup

3 1. Sign In Go to Enter your username and password and click Sign In

4 2. Scout Page Click SCOUTS You may have a drop down menu on your screen, if so click here then choose Scouts

5 Scout Page Verify all your scouts are listed here. If you are missing any, click New Scout and add them. If you have any duplicates, click Merge from the menu on the right.

6 3. Entering Scout Orders Click SCOUT TRACKING You may have a drop down menu on your screen, if so click here then choose Scout Tracking

7 4. Allocating Show & Sell/Show & Deliver If you did not participate in Show & Sell or Show & Deliver skip to page 9

8 Allocating Show & Sell/Show & Deliver Be sure Fall 2017 is chosen from the drop down menu Enter the dollar amounts that each scout sold during Show & Sell and Show & Deliver.

9 5. Entering Door to Door orders Before beginning this step, be sure to add up how many containers of each product each scout needs. Do not adjust scout orders based on your inventory on hand that will com later. Go to the Scout Tracking page.

10 Entering Door to Door orders Be sure Fall 2017 is chosen from the drop down menu Click Enter Order for your first scout

11 Entering Door to Door orders Enter the number of containers for each product from the scout sales forms. The total builds as you enter quantities. Do NOT include APP orders in these totals. Click Save when you are done Repeat for each scout.

12 App Orders If your unit allowed scouts to take orders through the App please be sure that each order is marked delivered correctly. If an order is marked Delivered it should be part of the total for show and deliver If an order is not marked Delivered the system will add it to your total unit order (it won t show up on the individual scout order form page). If a scout forgot to mark something delivered and you don t catch it, you will accidentally re-order a product you have already delivered. To run a report to see each APP order and details click HERE for instructions.

13 Online Total You will see the total sales for each scout listed under the Online Total Column. You can run a report to see each online order. For instructions click HERE.

14 6. Submitting Your Final Order Click on the Popcorn Orders section of the dashboard

15 Submitting Your Final Order Click New Unit Order, if you have previously started your order click the Final Order listed under your orders.

16 Submitting Your Final Order Choose Final Order from the drop down menu. Also, be sure Fall 2017 is chosen on the left side

17 Submitting Your Final Order Your order will be pre loaded based on your entries from your scout sales forms and App Orders.

18 Submitting Your Final Order inventory adjustment If you have left over Show and Sell products you can adjust your order in the Order Adj(+ or -) column. This will adjust your total order up or down. CS = full cases CT = individual containers Be sure to use the - sign to indicate your left over inventory. Don t forget about your military donations from Show & Sell

19 Submitting Your Final Order When your final order of Cases and Containers matches what you need and your total retail amount matches be sure to click Submit in the top right corner

20 Submit Your Prize Order Go to This is a simple Google Form where you will enter your entire unit prize order You will need to know how many of each prize you need We identify prizes in the following format: 5-A (Level 5, Prize A)

21 Sign up for your pickup time Go to to sign up for your pickup time
