55 How to Use the Order System The Popcorn System is very simple to use: You will be supplied with a username and password to get in for the first time. A confirmation will verify your address as valid. Once in, you ll be at your Unit s Homepage and can then enter your Unit s popcorn order from the Orders menu along the top. Follow the same process for ordering your Unit s prizes. You will receive confirmation s whenever you submit an order The system has more functionality if you want to use it such as tracking sales, goals and prizes by individual Scout and printing packing slips that shows how much each Scout is to receive, etc.

58 Login to the Popcorn System You will be supplied with your username ( address) and password by the council.
59 Your Unit s Homepage From your Unit s Homepage you can click on the triangle next to Orders menu along the top (or on the word, Orders itself) to place your product and prize orders when ready. The Scouts menu option allows you to manage Scouts, goals, sales by Scout (if you want)
60 Placing your Unit s Popcorn Orders Enter the quantity you need for each product in brightly colored column (by container). System will change it to cases + containers for you. Hit Submit to Council button at bottom.
61 Placing your Unit s Prize Order Under the Orders menu along the top, this time choose Unit Prize Order. The first screen that comes up will be your ship-to address / to send confirmation and prize order tracking number s Hit Save and Go to Order button. The next, AND last screen that comes up will be actual prize order screen. Enter the quantities for each prize you need, and then Submit to Council button. You are DONE!
