Experience objective: Increase the perceived immediate and future value in leveraging technology to drive business and the industry today and as technology evolves in the future. 12

22 Exhibitor Package Plans for 2017 Material Handling Package Plan Drayage and daily stand cleaning included. Represents an approximate savings 30 to 50% over non-aem events. Target dates will be sent to all exhibitors in May with the launch of the Exhibitor Services Manual. Trash Removal Package Plan (New for 2017) Cover expense of all the bulk trash the show produces and the over 250 dumpsters required.

23 Exhibitor Package Plans for 2017 Electrical Plans & Streamlined Process (New for 2017) Benefit to exhibitors- budgeting, ease of ordering. Price on kit form will include outlet, materials, and labor (starts at 10 amp). Price for 5 amp outlet only will be $125. Additional information and pricing will be available in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

24 Heavy Equipment Policy from LVCC All equipment over 250,000 pounds will need approval from LVCC. Movement of Equipment Equipment with smooth tracks over 250,000 pounds moved on 1-inch plywood in and out of the building. Equipment with cleated tracks over 250,000 pounds moved on 1-inch steel plates in and out of the building.
