Name: Innovation Culture Customer Service Promise To cultivate innovation culture in CLP To strengthen customer-focused culture in CLP and enhance the application of Customer Service Promise (CSP) 6. Innovation Culture Innovation is one of the key strategic directions of CLP. A series of staff engagement activities and innovative campaigns will be organized to inspire colleagues innovative thinking and foster collaboration for Innovation. Customer Service Promise (CSP) Customer Service Promise is the company-wide project. The key objectives are to deepen the Customer Excellence Brand Pillar and strengthen the customer-focused culture in CLP, in order to uplift our service from good to great. The focus is to enhance the staff engagement and appreciation to reinforce CSP as everyone s DNA. To achieve this, a series of staff engagement activities will take place across different business groups, workshop, story sharing etc.

Update new reform and development in 2018 in China power sector Analyze China market sale from both macro (national and/or provincial) and micro (individual company) perspective Identify new risks in China market sale in 2018 and propose mitigation measures Research into new reform and development in China power sector taking place in 2018 and prepare an update report Study the monthly reports presented by CLP projects in China which are involved into market sale and analyze these reports to find out CLP's advantages and disadvantages in China market sale Research into national/provincial market sale reports/statistics and gather useful information which can be used to help with CLP's China market sale Prepare and update China market sale major client database 7. Identify new risks in CLP's China market sale in 2018 and propose mitigation measures thereof An updated report regarding new reform and development in China power-sector taking place in 2018 An analysis of CLP's China market sale in 2018 together with mitigation measures for new risks An updated China market sale major client database

Name: Creating new customer experiences in Billing & Payment Services Support our new brand themes: Achieve customer excellence through Digital transformation and innovation Enhance existing service and create new billing and payment services in accordance with our customer needs and market trend so as to increase customer satisfaction and promote energy saving 6. Provide support and creative ideas for the development and promotion plans of billing & payment services. These may include, but not limited to, understand the customer needs in billing and payment service, identify the feasible of innovative service, recognize the target customers groups for effective promotion strategies and support the system development. 7. Conduct customer surveys to identify customers needs and service opportunities Feasibility study on innovative service and conduct market research to support business decisions Conduct customer data analytic to identify target customers for effective promotion Conduct post implementation review on the acceptance and or effectiveness of the new services

Plan and execute public promotion on energy saving action and arrange the application and donation to the needy. Assist the exploration on smart home development, develop marketing plan and co-ordinate with the market players on join promotion approach Explore and develop new EE&C service that can enhance customers experience Participate on project improvement including IT or other areas 7.

Name: Social content development and digital customer experience planning & maintenance for residential segments To enhance customer engagement thru Facebook and other new digital channels in a cost-effective way To assist developing creative content to draw fans growth, engagement, traffic and leads in social media and CLP apps 6. Assist the team to plan, execute and monitor fans response in a costefficient way Conduct market study to provide input to develop creative content in both literal and technical aspects Assist to monitor business result across different digital channels and provide recommendations for improvement Assist the team in multi-media production and daily operation 7. participation involvement in specific campaign/channel Facebook fans growth, fans engagement and leads generation in e- commerce

Name: Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Development Develop and implement long term strategies to build a competent and committed workforce Execute and manage employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talents Develop and organize corporate learning & development (L&D) programme according to business needs 6. The Sandwich intern will gain valuable experience in: Supporting and working together with different levels of staff in CLP to manage company-wide projects like staff communication forum, leadership development programmes, graduate trainee recruitment and other cultural change initiatives. Coordinating and organizing career fairs / campaigns for targeted parties/audiences to promote CLP brand and career opportunities Supporting initiatives related to Employer Branding such as career website content updates, promotion of career opportunities in e- channels Planning and organizing the corporate L&D programmes, e.g. management / language I IT skills training, leadership seminars Conducting research and analysis to support talent acquisition and development strategies

Owner / Mentor will provide guidance and work together with the interns to deliver the followings: Roll out company-wide development and cultural change initiatives Attract and engage talents as well as promoting CLP employer brand through career fairs / campaigns Review the career website and polish the content to enhance CLP's employer brand Implement corporate L&D initiatives according to planned schedule and assess the effectiveness for continuous improvement Complete research and analysis on talent acquisition and development as assigned Strong organizing and analytical skills Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Creative Good speaking & written communication skills in English & Chinese (including Putonghua) Good proficiency in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint The interns will acquire valuable knowledge and skills in the areas of organization development, employer branding, training & development and internal communication
