3 senior portraits 3 BASIC SESSION Come in one and bring one more. We have formal drapes for the girls if you want to use this for one of your changes.guys, a suit and one casual. This is the basic, good for yearbook and mom. 2 changes only $30. add one more change for only COMBO SESSION Come in one outfit and bring three others with you. If you are doing a drape, just bring 2 others. This session is color and Black and white. **our most popular*** only $65. INFO extra changes must be scheduled in advance. we must know if you are doing an urban, B/W, or a car session, so that we can add enough time when booking. we usually have specials on sittings. these vary from month to month, depending on the rush of the season. ***please note*** BLACK AND WHITE SESSION Add this to the basic or urban session for a contemporary look. One change, Up to10 proofs in high contrast B/W. No color proofs with this session $35. The proofs can also be printed in the sepia or 2tone look URBAN SESSION This is the coolest! Jeans, flannel, just a casual look taken in the alleyways and on the fire-escapes. Bricks and graffiti walls are a must. This session is for the senior who wants something really different. Adds approx. 1/2 hour to your session only $ 40. CAR SESSION Similar to the urban session, only we go to the park and photograph you with your car or truck. This session also adds 1/2 hour to your basic session $40. session fees are the charges for our time, film, processing, etc... these fees are not deducted from your final order and are not credited to you. we do not want to mislead you, and hope this will make everything clear. **yearbook photos** please see page 7 for rules and regulations, as well as prices of yearbook photos for your school annual

4 4 Basic Session This session is designed for a couple or an individual wanting a traditional-type portrait. Head and shoulder to 3/4 length only proofs to view. No clothing changes with this session. Price 30. Elite Session This session works well for families,brides and individuals wanting to change clothes or just have more proofs to view.this 1 hour session will give you up to 20 proofs (depending on blinks) to view. Price 40. Our location For the family wanting an outdoor, casual, jeans and sweater type portrait. We usually go to Little Creek Park for the beautiful settings. No clothing changes with this session. Price 45. Your Location Mike will come to your home and photograph your family in your environment. indoor or out. Our best portraits always come from this session. A minimum order of a 16x20 must be placed due to the time out of the studio Price 100. kids. mike has been designing new backgrounds, specials, props and just cool stuff for children over the last 21 years. we now do an easter and christmas package special, (call for dates) that do away with the sitting fees. about the session fees-these fees charged to take your original PROOFS,and are to cover the film and processing costs,as well as our studio time. These fees are not deducted from your final order, and are not credited to you in any way. We hope not to mislead you and hope by reading this it will make the reasons for the charges clear. mike **black & white** everyone wants b/w now. your session can be done in b/w for the same cost, if you wish to add some to any session, you can add $20 to cover the cost of the film and processing.

5 PROFESSIONALS 5 NEW! special sessions BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL shots Business and professional portraits are often needed for advertising purposes.. We understand that you may not want to purchase large amounts of finished portraits and would like the portraits taken digitally and put on a CD for your uses.. When we do this and release the copyrights to the photographs, we must charge a bit higher fee. We have two options for you to consider. We will take business type portraits (head and shoulder) and put them on line with no cropping or retouching included.. This session is perfect for the person with computer knowledge and can handle the digital files themselves. This session does not include any paper prints. If you want proofs, there will be a fee of $ $ 25 to proof the job. A high res file (one) is included in this session with rights released for you to print, or reproduce on your own. $ Rules.. One person only, no clothing changes. Business type portrait. Head and shoulder. No other persons in photo. If you wish to have more than one image Hi RES The second image is $ 40 then each add nl would be $ 25 Modeling or Music groups. We can also do the Same for special modeling or music groups as described to the left. The fee will be higher due to the amount of studio time and clothing changes.. Call us and tell us about your situation and we will gladly quote you a price on the complete job.. Location Shoots Mike has been going to several Doctors offices and realestate companies to photograph their employees and staff for Web pages and brochures. The standard fee for the location shoot is $ 400 You will receive a proof sheet with the images and a LOW res disk to review.. You can buy individual images priced like above or You have a choice of every image on the disk HI RES for $ 300 This way you can use all images and own the rights to reproduce them as you need.

SMALLER PORTRAITS 8X10 AND 8X10 and smaller are sold $ per sheet. This includes retouching if needed. We can help you with this when you are placing your order. finishes and mounting All prints are professionally printed on KODAK paper and retouched. Any print 11x14 and larger will be mounted on 1/4 artboard, and coated with a protective spray. Pro-Tex is a professional spray bonded with roller texture, this just adds a distinct elegant look. Canvas is the ultimate finish. The print is stripped from the paper backing and the emulsion is bonded directly onto artist canvas for the old masters look.stretcher canvas can also be quoted on an as needed basis. 7 7 policy and bonus info. Session fees must be paid at the time of your session.remember, these fees are not credited to your order. Saturday or late evening appointments must be pre-paid. ADVANCE- previews can be viewed in our studio by appointment only. If you wish to check them out a $ deposit will be needed and credited to your final order. This is a non-refundable advance. A parent or guardian must sign, if you are under 18 years. Proof are loaned to you for 6 days and must be returned to Photo-Grafix. All proofs remain property of PhotoGrafix and as per the contract you sign to check out proofs. Copying is strictly prohibited by federal opyright laws. We do take this very seriously. Any proofs not returned to us will be billed to you at $ plus $21.00 for the folio or proof book. A $ day late fee will apply unless arrangements have been made. Black and white prints can also be oil tinted for the heirloom look. A special pricelist applies to these prints. We also do weddings. And have a separate price list with all the plans and packages to fit your needs. PERSONALIZED WALLETS- $ pose for white letters RETOUCHING-Standard retouching is for blemishes and softening lines around eyes. Severe acne or scars will require digital retouching, (it s amazing) We can show you samples at the front desk and give you a complete price sheet for digital work. YEARBOOK PHOTO- a standard 2x3 wallet will be supplied with your senior order. If your school requires a custom size (non-standard 1 5/8 x 2 1/4 for example) we must charge $ because this is a custom print. and will be hand printed on an enlarger. (if pose is different from one you are ordering..there will be a pose change charge of $ for retouching and setup. 1/2 the balance must be paid (after advance is deducted) to send the order to the lab for production. Remaining balance must be paid in full before order may leave studio. No portion of any order may leave the studio until the balance is paid in full. DELIVERY-Proofs are delivered in 2-weeks. 8 8 POLICY AND BONUS INFO. (CONT) When picking up proofs or placing an order, it is very helpful to have an appointment so that we can take a few moments to go over the prices/package information. We will be able to explain the best ways to order your portraits, with the different finishes and frames. GLASSES If you wear glasses, it is better to have an empty set of frames so that the glasses glare and distortion will not appear. Glasses glare is considered severe retouching and is not included in the prices. What to wear- Senior sessions have several changes, so you can be yourself. Something dressy for mom, something casual or crazy for yourself. Sport, activity outfits and props make a nice touch too. Families-try to co-ordinate. Suits and dresses make a nice formal portrait. If you are looking for a casual portrait, khakis and sweaters or even jeans work for an informal look. We have some brochures on clothing consultation that we can send you. Individual 4x5 original proofs are then $ Folios are the 8 pocket leather bound folder that your proofs were presented to you in. These are available(empty) for $21.00 plus tax. Family portraits usually come in a 20 page album (same price empty) FRAMES Frames to hold your folio are available in several colors. Frames for 11x14 and larger are available in several styles and colors. Frames are discounted 25 % with a package order.
