1 Daily Consumption Progress Log How-To Guide Manage your business using these forms. Keep a record of your income and activity. Keep track of consumptions, guests and members. Do you know how to complete the forms? We ll show you how 1

2 Daily Attendance Track your new or returning members and their daily consumptions. Fill in the date. Fill this out every day, one line per member. Mark here with N or R: N for new consumptions/memberships. R for referral if the person was invited by one of your customers. Fill in the member s name. Here you will record consumptions/ memberships. Write down any other Herbalife products you may have added to the consumptions/memberships. 5. Fill in the amount collected for each member. 6. At the end of the day, add up all the total consumptions/memberships. 2

3 Daily Attendance (continued) 7. At the end of the day, add up all the amounts in the column referenced in step GREEN BOX (profit): Divide by 2 the total from step 7. For product individually labeled retailed, calculate the retail price minus the cost of the product (depending the discount you are at). Insert the resulting amount in the GREEN BOX. If you have any questions, consult with your Sponsor. 9. RED BOX: Using the total from step 7 again substract the amount in the GREEN BOX before calculating the product individually labeled in step 8. Then add the cost for the product individually labeled in step 8. 3

4 Daily Activity Report This form will help you to review your dayto-day activities and realize what activities you want to focus on. Fill in your name. Fill in each line for every day of the week until the month is complete. Fill in the current month and year. August Fill in the date. Write down the number of invitations targeted per day and the number you actually make every day. 5. Write down how many of the people you invited actually showed up. 6. Record the number of new consumptions/memberships from the people that attended. You may also record your daily goal. 7. How many of the people that attended are referrals. The last column helps you track day by day how many invitations you need to make for 1 person becoming a member by dividing the figure in step 4 by the figure in step 6. 4

5 Daily Activity Report (continued) 8. At the end of the month, add up the number of invitations. 9. Add up the number of members for the month. 10. Divide the total from step 9 by the number of days in the month. 1 Divide the total from step 8 by the number of days in the month. 1 Copy the results from steps 11 and 10 and insert the result of the equation into this yellow box. 1 List your goals and action plan based on the equations above. 5

6 Total Income Report This form will help add up the total gross income you receive from Herbalife each month. Fill in month and year. Update it monthly so you can see the growth of your income. Write down your total gross income here. You can include income from retail sales (individually labeled products). August 2012 Get this data from BizWorks or call your Distributor Relations Department. Add up all the figures from steps 2 and 3 and you will get your total gross income. 6

7 Weekly Report This form will help give you a clear picture of how your business is progressing. You will need to fill in the dates for each week. You should fill it out and update it each week. From the Daily Attendance form, take the amount of consumptions/memberships for the week and divide it by 7. If you close Sundays, add 0 for Sunday, but still divide by 7. 08/06/12 to 08/12/12 Write down the number from the GREEN BOX (Daily Attendance form) for the 7 days. Multiply the number in step 3 above by This number will give you an estimate of your gross monthly profit. 7

8 Monthly Summary This form is a history of your business results. Fill in your name. You will update it at the end of each month. Fill in the date. 08/06/12 August 2012 Fill in month and year. See example. From the Daily Attendance form, take the amount of consumptions/memberships for the month and divide it by the number of days in the month. 5. TVP (Total Volume Points). You can get this information from BizWorks or call the Distributors Relations Department. 6. Add the number in the GREEN BOX on the Daily Attendance form for the entire month. 8

9 Checks and Balances Use your Balance Sheet every time you take a physical inventory of the items on the list and enter the same amount in the Inventory Control form (next page) under the appropriate column. Fill in the date. See example Fill in the value of the inventory you have for each item listed. 08/06/12 Add up all the amounts in step This total is your Initial Stock and Balance. Use this amount in step 4 of the Inventory Control form (next page). 9

10 Inventory Control Fill in the month. See example. Fill in the date here. See example. The Inventory Control form helps to mantain a record of your inventory and make sure it matches the amount in the RED BOX of the Daily Attendance form. Register in detail the items purchased. August Refer to the amount obtained in step 3 on the Checks and Balances form (previous page) for your Initial Stock and Balance. 5. Every day, take 10% of the GREEN BOX from your Daily Attendance form and list it in the Increase column.
