Coming off consecutive American League Central Division Championships, with the reigning American League Cy Young Award winner and an AL Silver Slugger Award winner, we are embarking upon the 2018 season with high expectations and tremendous excitement. As a valued Season Ticket Holder, you have the ability to turn in tickets to games you can t attend in exchange for tickets to a future game. For the 2018 season, all Season Ticket Holders will be able to exchange tickets directly from their My Tickets account. Please take a few moments to review this informational guide and feel free to share it with any of your ticket partners. 3 FEATURES The My Tickets Exchange Program offers many exciting features, including: INSTANT TICKET FULFILLMENT Your tickets will appear on the MLB Ballpark app and in your My Tickets Exchange Program account immediately after completing the exchange. DAY-OF-GAME EXCHANGES In the My Tickets Exchange Program, you are able to exchange tickets into a game up until the scheduled start time of that game. When exchanging out of a game you will need to complete the exchange two hours prior to the start of the game. SELECT YOUR SEATS Using the interactive map, you have the flexibility to select your exact seating location within the park. ABILITY TO UPGRADE SEAT LOCATION You have the option of exchanging you tickets into any seating section in the ballpark, subject to availability. (The cost difference will be paid upon checkout.) There are several other important changes to note: FUTURE GAME EXCHANGES ONLY You are only able to exchange tickets from future games (not games that have already been played). Tickets are eligible for exchange until two hours prior to the start of the game being exchanged out of. All ticket exchange transactions must be finalized in advance of the two hour deadline. Any transactions not completed prior to the deadline will be cancelled. EXCHANGE COST You may be responsible for paying the dollar cost difference between the tickets that you are turning in and the tickets you are receiving through the exchange. When applicable, ticket exchange fees may apply. All other exchanges will be considered an even exchange. Ticket exchange fees are based off of a static Season Ticket Holder exchange pricing scale.

4 HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS 1. Log into your My Tickets Exchange Program account at 2. Select Exchange Tickets from the Ticket Action dropdown menu 3. Choose the date and tickets you would like to turn in for exchange, and click Continue 4. Select the game you would like to exchange into from the list of available dates 5. Hover over different seating sections on the Progressive Field map to see what tickets are available and their cost, and click on your desired seating section 6. Click on the seats you would like to reserve, and then click Review Your Selections 7. Review your order and click Continue 8. If your exchange was an upgrade, enter your payment information and billing address (if the exchange was even, no payment information is required) 9. Confirm your under the Delivery Method section, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Buy Tickets Your tickets will be available to manage on the MLB Ballpark app and in your My Indians Ticket Account immediately after completing the exchange.

5 SEASON TICKET EXCHANGE FAQ WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO EXCHANGE OUT OF A GAME? Tickets are eligible for exchange until two hours prior to the start of the game being exchanged out of. All ticket exchange transactions must be finalized in advance of the two hour deadline, any transactions not completed prior to the deadline will be cancelled. WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO EXCHANGE INTO A GAME? You are able to exchange tickets into a game up until the scheduled start time of that game. WHAT GAMES CAN I EXCHANGE INTO? All regular season games, outside of Opening Day and any game that reaches a sellout, are eligible to be exchanged into, subject to availability. Please note: There is a ticket exchange limit for each game, higher demand games are expected to hit their limits sooner than others. ARE THERE ANY TICKETS INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE? We have five blackout dates which include: Opening Day, July 9th, 10th, 13th and 14th that are ineligible to exchange out of. IS THERE A LIMIT FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIMES I CAN EXCHANGE MY TICKETS? No. As long as you exchange your tickets prior to the ticket exchange deadline for each game, you can continually exchange your tickets. The value of your exchanged tickets will carry into any potential future exchanges. WHEN CAN I VIEW MY TICKETS FOR THE GAME I EXCHANGED INTO? Tickets received from a ticket exchange will be available to be managed instantly via the MLB Ballpark app or your My Tickets account. IS THERE A COST TO EXCHANGE MY SEASON TICKETS? When applicable, ticket exchange fees may apply. Ticket exchange fees are based off of a static Season Ticket Holder Exchange pricing scale.

6 CAN I USE MY TRIBE REWARDS POINTS TO EXCHANGE TICKETS? No, all ticket exchanges will be made using your My Tickets Exchange Program account and a credit card for any applicable ticket exchange fees. CAN I EXCHANGE TICKETS AT THE BOX OFFICE OR OVER THE PHONE? All ticket exchanges must be completed through your account at MyTickets, at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game you are turning in. Exchanges will not be processed in-person at the Box Office or over the phone. CAN I EXCHANGE ADDITIONAL TICKETS I PURCHASED DURING THE SEASON TICKET HOLDER PRESALE, OR THROUGH MY SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE? No. Only tickets that were originally part of a season ticket plan are eligible to be exchanged. WHEN I EXCHANGE TICKETS, CAN I SELECT THE SECTION, ROW AND SEAT NUMBERS FOR MY TICKETS? Yes. You are able to select any available seat within the ballpark, using our interactive seat map. WHEN I EXCHANGE TICKETS, CAN I SELECT STANDING ROOM ONLY TICKETS? No. When exchanging your tickets you will need to select from a traditional seated location. CAN I UPGRADE MY SEASON TICKETS FOR AN UPCOMING GAME? Yes. You have the option of exchanging your tickets into any seating location in the ballpark, subject to availability. WILL I BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE TICKETS THAT I RECEIVED THROUGH THE TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM? Yes. You are able to exchange tickets you have received through the ticket exchange program. The value of the tickets received will be the value applied to the new game you are exchanging into. CAN I EXCHANGE MULTIPLE GAMES INTO ONE GAME? Yes. However, you will need to process each transaction separately. CAN I EXCHANGE ONE TICKET FOR TWO SEATS TO ANOTHER GAME? No. Ticket exchanges are made on a ticket-for-ticket basis. One ticket can only be exchanged for one ticket, two tickets can only be exchanged for two tickets, etc.

7 WILL I RECEIVE ATTENDANCE BONUS FOR EXCHANGED TICKETS? Yes. Exchanged tickets are eligible to receive the attendance bonus. WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE SEASON TICKET HOLDER ONLY GATES WHEN ENTERING WITH EXCHANGED TICKETS? Yes. You are able to enter the ballpark through the Season Ticket Holder Only gates with the tickets for the game you exchanged into. DO SEASON TICKET PARTNERS HAVE ACCESS TO THE TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM? Yes. All registered Ticket Partners are eligible for the ticket exchange program. Once a partner is registered on Tribe Rewards, it will typically take 3-5 business days for the exchange feature to be added to the partner s My Tickets Exchange Program account. WHEN I EXCHANGE TICKETS, WILL HOME PLATE CLUB ACCESS CARRY OVER TO THE GAME I EXCHANGED INTO? No. Home Plate Club access is non-transferrable and only offered on tickets which are originally part of a season ticket plan.
