8 TEEMING LADLE CAR Self-moving teeming ladle cars are designed to supply empty steel teeming ladle to steel making furnace for metal feeling; to transfer ladle with metal into casting bay or to CCM. Teeming ladle cars can be equipped with cleaning system of pit and rail track from slopping of metal and slag. 8

10 MOVING MIXER Designed to receive hot metal from blast furnace, and to transport it from blast-furnace into department of converter plant cast iron overflow and for hot metal holding. In cast iron overflow department hot metal is poured into ladles, from which hot metal is poured into converter. 10

HOT METAL CARS Improved design of carriage provides the increased load capacity due to bearing unit design and forced spring group. Easy to use and maintenance. SLAG CARS Extended life of drive due to self-locking couple arrangement on penultimate stage and gearing lubrication improvement. The drive design excludes slag bowl swinging during transportation. Improved tilting mechanism makes slag car more reliable in operation. Powerful drive make possible to tilt the heaviest ladles (with hardened slag rest) TEEMING LADLE CARS Teeming ladle cars design provides uniform load on the wheels, prevents car frame deformation and considerably reduce repair process of teeming ladle car running gear, due to pull-out carriages, one of which is connected with car frame through cylindrical hinges. MIXERS МП-600 can be run in more severe upon flexibility radial trace curve. Instead of rate more than 100 meters, mixer curve in 90 meters. 12
