It s the strongest sign yet that the housing market is on the rise and you don t want to miss out! The six-week long lifestyle event - which runs October 19 - December 1, is located at Whitewing at Germann Estates in the heart of Gilbert, AZ., often called the most livable city in America. The Street of Dreams features five fantastic luxury homes specifically built for this promotion. They are created by teams of local builders and top interior design firms. Visitors pay admission for the opportunity to take a self-guided tour through these unique masterpieces, seeing all the latest trends in luxury living. Over 40,000 visitors are expected to attend this unusual luxury showcase. The Street of Dreams homes range in size from 4,800 to 9,000 square feet, and are priced between $1.2 million and $2 million. 5 Features of the Sponsorship Program IN-HOME PRODUCT REPRESENTATION The ability to have a sales representative explain one s products within a Street of Dreams home is a valuable feature of the sponsorship program, since only builders, architects, interior designers, furniture stores and Sponsors are provided access to the Street for purposes of marketing their products and services. One-on-one contact with event attendees can enhance product awareness more effectively than any other marketing method. ADVERTISEMENT IN THE STREET OF DREAMS MAGAZINE Every visitor to the Street of Dreams receives the high quality Street of Dreams Magazine. It combines floor plans; renderings of the homes and interiors; full-color and black-and-white advertisements from local and national suppliers, plus other event-related information. Experience has proven that the shelf life of this quality publication is extremely long. The majority of participating suppliers purchase advertisements in the magazine to extend the marketing opportunity long after the event has closed. MEDIA ADVERTISING A minimum of $175, worth of advertising and publicity expenditures are utilized to promote each Street of Dreams event. Through cross-promotions and media cooperation, this budget is effectively doubled, resulting in an average reach of 45% of each metro area s audience approximately 18 times during the event. Premier Sponsors will be included in a portion of the local advertising buy. Past experience has shown this to be an extremely effective means of expanding public awareness of a supplier s name, product and participation in the Street of Dreams. EXHIBITOR MARKETING AREA Official Sponsors will have the opportunity to utilize a marketing area to showcase the particular features and benefits of the supplier s product or service. Strict guidelines for displays have been established to guarantee a quality environment for both suppliers and event attendees. Only Sponsors are allowed signage and on-site representation. The exhibitor area is an excellent opportunity to expand one s customer base, promote a manufacturer or local distributor, and distribute brochures. PRODUCT INFORMATION SIGNS Signs identifying the Sponsor may be placed next to Sponsors product(s) in show home using Street of Dreams provided format. ON-SITE SIGNAGE All receive a 2 x2 sign placed prominently on-site acknowledging the sponsor s participation at one of the homes in which your product is featured. SPONSOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PAGE Street of Dreams, Inc. will formally acknowledge supplier on a special Sponsorship Acknowledgement page within the magazine. This special thank you is provided by Street of Dreams Magazine and consequently the exact layout of this page is controlled exclusively by the Magazine Editor.
