Matchmakers are free for corporations with a booth at the trade fair. Register for a matchmaker online and we will create a schedule of one-onone meetings with certified MBEs that service the needs that you ve identified. MBE SUPPLIERS $200 (matchmaker only) $50 (with the purchase of a MBE booth) This is your opportunity to meet with corporate buyers who are sourcing opportunities in your industry. We are anticipating increased participation this year! Consequently, I would like to have corporate members registered as soon as possible so that we can avoid a rush close to the event. This contains some vital information that will help drive this year s OBOF participation. Deadlines Sponsorship May 12 Advertising May 12 Registration May 23 Registration/Sponsorship Please go online and register or call the headquarters to secure your registration or sponsorship. I have also attached a document that explains all of the amenities of each sponsorship level. Council staff will be following up with corporations to offer their assistance in the registration process. The deadline for sponsorship is May 12 th and the deadline for registration is May 23 rd. Matchmakers Corporations and MBEs overwhelmingly requested that we add a private matchmaker opportunity to the OBOF last year. The turnout and feedback was amazing. We will be hosting matchmakers again this year and we need each corporate member to share with us the industries you would like to meet with and opportunities that you are showcasing at the trade fair. Alicia Johnson (ajohnson@ohiomsdc.org) will work with you to schedule the matchmakers. She will be reaching out to you to secure your participation. The matchmakers are free for corporations who have a booth at the trade fair. Advertising Many of you will receive ads with your sponsorship packages. The deadline to receive all ads is May 12 th. Please all ad graphics to marketing@ohiomsdc.org. The industry groups that will be represented will be: Automotive, Construction, Healthcare, Retail (Food and Beverage), and Energy & Utilities. Alicia Johnson and Brandon Laster will be reaching out to corporate members to facilitate the formation of the industry groups. Golf The OBOF golf outing is scheduled for June 2 nd. We want you to participate and interact with corporate members and MBEs, as well. Corporate members, please encourage your Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to register and participate at the golf outing. Kellye Hickman-James (kjames@ohiomsdc.org) will be reaching out to you for your participants and to secure donations for the raffle. Thank you for your participation and support.
