Spending two full days immersed in a highly stimulating and creative learning environment, participants will be guided through a process of innovative exploration and into the creation of real-world approaches and outcomes tailored for their teams and organisations.

3 WHAT WILL THE EXPERIENCE INVOLVE? WHERE AND WHEN WILL THE MASTERCLASS BE HELD? Guided by ASAM s elite facilitators, participants will be immersed in a multifaceted and highly impactful learning experience designed to fast track transformational shifts in staff behaviour and performance. Throughout the program the tempo and focus of the learning experience will shift frequently, maintaining an element of the unpredictable and keeping participants energised and challenged. Robust group discussions will unlock important insights from previous experience and help to distill theoretical concepts into tangible strategies and practical learning outcomes. At carefully scheduled intervals, participants will be asked to step back from the immersive activities to reflect on their new insights, so that they can proceed with an enhanced sense of purpose and focus. The masterclass will be held on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th November at the prestigious Park Hyatt Treasury Room. Situated on the 18th level of the hotel, Treasury offers spectacular views of the city, Treasury Gardens and Melbourne s famous sports precinct. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? The masterclass is limited to a capacity of 25 participants. The program will be tailored towards experienced senior and executive leaders who recognise the power and importance of those they lead and want to awaken in them transformational performance, behaviours and mindsets. Attendees will be required to be active participants within the learning environment and contribute meaningfully to group discussions and strategic outcomes. As such it is expected that attendees currently hold a senior leadership position, have a robust understanding of the basics principles of people management and have experience in managing large, multi-layered teams and organisational structures. Dining at Vue De Monde is quite simply an experience not to be missed. The masterclass is geared toward the singular objective of unlocking real-world performance outcomes. Participants will develop an advanced understanding of what really motivates individuals and teams to exceed performance expectations and learn practical approaches to achieve this within their organisation. 4 WHO RUNS THE MASTERCLASS? Paul Larkin and Kelly Rothwell are two of Australia s foremost leadership development experts, with over thirty years of collective experience working with leaders from all sectors and industries. Countless hours of coaching, mentoring and training has given them a unique understanding of the characteristics of exceptional leaders and a blueprint for how to develop these characteristics in others. During this exclusive development experience, Paul and Kelly will share their unique insights and look beyond traditional methods of development, exploring what it really takes to lead others to peak performance. PAUL LARKIN HEAD OF SCHOOL, AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL OF APPLIED MANAGEMENT Paul Larkin is an exceptionally skilled facilitator and content expert specialising in leadership and management optimisation and team performance. He has been instrumental in transforming the effectiveness of hundreds of individual leaders from organisations such BHP Billiton, Orica, Viva Energy, ACT Health, MMG, WaterNSW, Volvo, Action Drill and Blast, Defence, Royal Australian Navy and Nufarm. Paul has extensive experience across a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Exploration and Production, Mining, Marketing, Distribution, HR, Finance and IT. Prior to joining ASAM, Paul was a Senior Global Consultant within Royal Dutch Shell, facilitating advanced leadership development and organisational change programs to teams across the globe. Paul studied Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Swinburne University and Computer Science at RMIT and is currently completing a Master of Leadership at Monash University. He is a facilitator and coach in several psychometric instruments such as MBTI, TMS, MSCEIT and Bar-On EQi, is an accredited designer and facilitator of Accelerated Learning and has formal training in Coaching and NLP. KELLY ROTHWELL HEAD OF SCHOOL, WOMEN & LEADERSHIP AUSTRALIA Kelly Rothwell is a registered Psychologist who works with leaders and leadership groups to facilitate and coach with her knowledge and extensive experience in culture change, leadership development, human behaviour and scientific research adaptation as Head of School for Women & Leadership Australia (WLA). Kelly has worked globally leading teams of consultants for over 15 years, primarily managing the development of businesses and their products and services based on neuroscience and psychology, with industries from mining and environmental services industries through to banking and finance and the health and education sectors. Most recently Kelly held a talent management specialist role with a ASX top 100 listed company that employs over 4,500 people across Australia. Kelly has seen first-hand the positive and sustainable impact her work has made to leaders, teams and organisations, and therefore remains active in integrating her experiences with psychology and neuroscience into leadership development and cultural change.
