5 1. Purpse This Applicatin is part f HR Department s prcess t acquire emplyee s gal alignment and self assessment data t prcess PMS (Perfrmance measurement system). System has functinality t define gals which later gets apprved by Supervisr and HOD respectively. Based n defined / apprved gals, user will prvide input fr achievement against each gal. User als needs t define their training needs, behaviral assessment and snapsht while filling achievement. Defined achievement will ges fr apprval f respective Supervisr and HOD. Bases n given rating and grades, HOD and SBU Head will submit final summary t HR t clse PMS prcess. 5 P a g e

6 2. Gal Alignment a. Lgin int Prtal Open fllwing link in web brwser. Internal Link (On lcatin Cadila Netwrk): External Link (utside Cadila Netwrk) : Enter Emplyee id and Passwrd t lgin int prtal. On successful lgin, system will redirect t Hme page. 6 P a g e

7 b. Set KRA / Gals Click n PMS KRA Fill KRA frm Menu. Nte: Emplyee hierarchy shuld be defined fr respective PMS Year. If nt defined system prmpts with message. Cntact lcal HR authrity t have it updated. 7 P a g e

9 1. Shw previus year defined gals. 2. Supervisr Emplyee ID and name. 3. HOD Emplyee ID and name. 4. View Supervisr s defined gal fr current PMS Year. 5. Add entry fr new gals, if required. Enter apprpriate value against each field and save. Click n t partially save yur gals, system will nt send it t supervisr/hod fr its review. Click n t save and submit gals fr supervisr/hod review and apprval. Once KRA / Gals submitted fr Supervisr/HOD review and apprval, user can nt edit it. T edit KRA/Gals, user needs t request Supervisr/HOD t send back KRA/Gals fr crrectin. c. KRA Apprval Click n PMS KRA Apprve KRA frm menu. Open new windws, shws list emplyees wh s KRA is pending fr apprval. 9 P a g e

11 3. Self Assessment Click n PMS KRA Self Assessment frm menu. System will pen Self Assessment frm in separate windws. Select PMS Year and click n pen t pen Self assessment sheet. Nte: If KRA/Gals nt defined fr selected PMS Year, system will prmpt message and redirect t Fill KRA/Gals windws. 11 P a g e

12 Enter apprpriate value fr Self Rating (Number Only) and Achievement against each gal. Define training needs, Behaviral Assessment and Snapsht. Click n t save Achievement. Click n t frward Self assessment t Supervisr/HOD fr review and apprval. Once submitted fr review/apprval, system will nt allw change/mdify self assessment. Review and apprve training needs, Behaviral Assessment, Snapsht and Summary. Click n t partially save supervisr inputs, system will nt send it t HOD fr its review. Click n t submit and apprve self assessment fr HOD review and apprval. Click n t submit and apprve self assessment. This buttn visible t HOD nly. Once submitted system will nt allw fr any crrectin.
