Shipping materials cannot arrive before Tuesday, July 18. Pickups should be scheduled for Friday, July 21 from 3:45pm- 5:00pm There is no space available to store items and NeuroSafe and McNamara Alumni Center will not be responsible for deliveries that do not arrive or go missing. There are other events taking place on Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23 so storing over the weekend is not an option. Exhibitor/Vendor must confirm by July 14, 2017 if planning on shipping materials. This allows NeuroSafe's team to be knowledgeable about what to expect, how many boxes.

4 Loading and unloading There is a 20- minute unloading/loading zone at 200 Oak Street SE (front doors) Exhibitors can use this to unload and then go park their car. 7 VENDOR DELIVERY INFORMATION Please address all shipments as follows: McNamara Alumni Center 200 Oak St SE, Suite 100 Attn: Nick Peter, Neurosafe Minneapolis, MN Phone Addressing your shipments this way will help with the accuracy of it being delivered to the correct location. McNamara Alumni Center is not responsible for lost/misplaced packages or attempted deliveries outside of building hours. McNamara can receive pallet shipments, please notify your event coordinator in advance to make arrangements. BEFORE YOUR EVENT: Deliveries and pick-ups can be scheduled between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Deliveries should be scheduled for no more than two business days before your event Forward any tracking information to your event coordinator. AFTER YOUR EVENT: Pick-ups should be scheduled for the day of your event, or the next morning. McNamara does not have a regularly scheduled pick-up with UPS or FedEx. All packages should be properly packed and shipment labels prominently displayed on the box. Bring your shipment to the front desk, leave a business card in case we need to contact you with questions. Any materials that need to be disposed, please mark trash and building management will remove after the event.

From the north, heading south on 35W 1. Take Exit #18, 4th St-University Ave exit 2. Cross 4th Street SE; turn left on University Ave 3. Drive 10 blocks to Oak St SE; turn right 4. The entrance to the McNamara circle driveway is the first turn on the right. You may park in the 20-minute load-in zone marked by the white curb. From the south, heading north on 35W 1.
