2 ABOUT EDUCATIONWORKS Our Mission EducationWorks engages children and young people by providing high quality educational programs that make the school day whole and reengage disconnected young adults to education and career readiness. EducationWorks is a nonprofit organization that provides academic support, career readiness, and enrichment programming throughout Greater Philadelphia. In the engage vertical, EducationWorks provides academic support, career readiness and enrichment programming throughout Greater Philadelphia. By focusing on topics like literacy, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM), and social emotional learning, we are equipping approximately 12,000 students annually with the tools needed to be successful in school and life. In the re-engage vertical, we focus on experiential, on-the-job training, shadowing and career exploration. EducationWorks creates Opportunities for Learning and Skills for Life. Recognizing that each child has unique needs, staff works directly with community and school leaders to identify challenges and create customized programs that will have the greatest impact. From inschool programs to out-of-school time and AmeriCorps service, youth from five years to adulthood are positively impacted by EducationWorks programming. 2

3 EMPOWER EDUCATIONWORKS Demographics The EmPower event attendees come from all walks of life including corporate executives, community and social influencers. The primary demographic is young professionals between the ages of who enjoy networking and impacting the future of our city and beyond through their support of EducationWorks. 3

5 SPONSOR LEVEL 1: PROTON 1 For a $25,000 donation, the (Level 1) Proton Sponsor will sponsor all of the games in the Trophy Room during the event. Brand Exposure at Event: Proton sponsor will be given branded presence in the trophy room, utilizing table signage and easels containing EducationWorks information. Logo and brand images/video to be highlighted in Sponsorship reel, showcased during event on multiple screens and large projector presentation above Bowling Lane. Optional Engagement/Donation Solicitation: The Proton sponsor could also host a donation raffle, where guests of the event could make donations on site, after which, they would be entered into a grand prize drawing with a donated prize of the Trophy Sponsor s choosing- such as complimentary tickets to a Phillies game, a restaurant gift card, etc. Additional Perks: OST Program sponsorship credit, Twenty tickets, Ten parking passes, Prominent Listing on website, event materials, PR and social media 5

6 SPONSOR LEVEL 2: SEMI-CONDUCTOR 2 Semi-Conductor Sponsorships are set up in 2 sub-tiers, offering two different levels of sponsorship perks/brand engagement at the event. Brand Exposure at Event: Semi-Conductor Tier 1 ($15,000): Signature Cocktail Sponsor Signature Cocktail & Bar named for brand of sponsor, signage indicating sponsor name at bar provided by EducationWorks. Branded tumblers with sponsor logo provided by EducationWorks. Logo to be included in beginning of Sponsorship reel, showcased during cocktail hour. Also includes Summer Program sponsorship credit, 15 tickets, 8 parking passes, Prominent Listing on website, event materials, PR and social media. Semi-Conductor Tier 2 ($10,000): Friend of EducationWorks Logo to be included in beginning of Sponsorship reel and on screens throughout the event. Also includes, ELECT Program Sponsorship credit, Ten tickets, Five parking passes, Listing on website, event materials, and social media. 6

7 SPONSOR LEVEL 3: SUPER CONDUCTOR 3 $5,000+ Donations. Perks: Eight tickets, Two parking passes Listing on website, event materials, and social media. 7

8 SPONSOR TIER 4: SUPER COLLIDERS 4 Super Colliders - 2.5K per sponsor. Brand Exposure at Event: Logo to be included in smaller tier section of event sponsors reels on multiple screens during the event, as well as on signage on upper level of Trophy Room. Also includes, Four tickets, Two parking passes, Half page black and white ad in program book, Listing on website, event materials, and social media. 8
