The deadline for sending us your novelties is 13. Juni Afterwards your novelties will be published online only. PRESS BOX IN THE PRESS CENTER The exhibitor is responsible for checking and refilling the press box. All other facilities at the Press Centre are only available to accredited journalists. Costs per exhibitor are EUR 50,00 (plus VAT). ONLINE PRESS BOX The online press box contains: Press releases Each release with a photo for download Exhibitor data with link to company s own homepage Optional data of press agency with link to homepage PRESS CONFERENCE If you intend to hold a press conference during the event in Friedrichshafen, we would need some information in order to best coordinate these events. We will list the times of all press conferences and provide the media attending with this information. Please inform us as to when you would like to hold your conference so that we can make sure conferences are not held at the same time. We ask you to note that exhibitors are responsible for organizing their own event and inviting the media. The rental of a conference rooms costs 120 EURO.
