3 About TIF First held in 1926, the Thessaloniki International Fair is the largest commercial tradeshow in Southeast (SE) Europe, and today it enjoys significant international appeal. It is held annually in September in Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece and a key administrative, cultural, and business hub of SE Europe. 4 The American Pavilion Organized throughout its long history by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy, the U.S. Pavilion has always been a focal point at TIF, attracting the interest of participants and visitors as well as key decision makers and influencers, ministers, parliamentarians, and C suite executives from the private and not-for-profit sectors of both Greece and the neighboring countries.
