18 Business Women Connect We are using a Randomised Controlled Trial to evaluate the impact of husband engagement on the success of microbusiness women in southern Tanzania TechnoServe 18

19 Our society has two wings, one wing represents men and one wing represents women. Only when both wings are strong and equal, that is, when both men and women are fully participating and cooperating can we reach our greatest heights.
