The cmpany ffers market-prven Switching, Prvisining, Transactin, and Service management slutins, with prducts serving millins f users. The cmpany has been in this sectr fr a decade and has well-established IT infrastructure t serve clients acrss the glbe. The Objective The client has been using disparate data surces scattered acrss different functinal and peratinal departments f the rganizatin. They use Jira fr prject management, Salesfrce fr custmer relatinship management, Tally fr finance, and varius spreadsheet frmats acrss departments. Thus, they felt the need t have a cmprehensive, secure, and unifrm multidimensinal infrmatin architecture by which they culd cnslidate all data surces and perfrm extensive analysis peratins frm the vast sil f available data.
