H+H s rage of Foudatio Blocks ca sigificatly improve thermal performace ad reduce heat loss whe used below groud level. H+H Foudatio Blocks are available i a rage of thickesses for use below groud level ad are suitable for supportig most floorig solutios ad structural walls whether they are solid, cavity wall or framed costructio. Desiged for foudatios ad footigs, they are equally suitable for the support of cavity walls, solid walls ad timber-framed costructio. Solid walls Solid walls are a very fast ad effective solutio for wall costructio, which are rapidly gaiig popularity. Traditioally, water peetratio precluded the use of solid walls but H+H aircrete s close cell structure results i excellet resistace to water peetratio ad easily meets the requiremets of Part C of the Buildig Regulatios. I solid wall costructio H+H aircrete ca be used with a variety of exteral fiishes such as reder, brick slips ad claddig systems ad ca be built with or without added isulatio to achieve the required Thermal Regulatios. Cavity walls I a cavity exteral wall costructio each leaf fulfills specific requiremets. The exteral leaf protects the structure from the peetratio of moisture whilst the ier leaf provides the mai structural support of the buildig. The overall wall costructio must also meet the thermal requiremets of the Buildig Regulatios. The combiatio of H+H aircrete s moisture resistace, stregth ad thermal isulatio performace meas they ca be used for both the iteral ad the exteral leaves of a cavity wall. Separatig Walls ad associated Flakig Walls H+H aircrete has excellet soud isulatio properties ad is suitable for the costructio of separatig walls ad their associated flakig walls, allowig cotiued use of familiar costructio methods. Solutios meetig the requiremets of Part E of the Buildig Regulatios are available usig either Pre Completio Testig (PCT) or the Robust Detail (RD) methods of compliace for both houses ad flats or apartmets. Iteral Partitio Walls H+H aircrete is ideally suited for the costructio of both loadbearig ad o-loadbearig iteral walls. 14 Build Systems Thi-Joit System H+H aircrete products ca be boded usig either traditioal mortar or by usig Celfix mortar, provided by H+H, ideally suited to the Thi-Joit System. The H+H Thi-Joit system combies the rage of high quality accurately dimesioed aircrete Jumbo Blocks, Multi Plate ad other formats, with Celfix, a specially developed thi layer mortar. A classified Moder Method of Costructio (MMC), this well-established BBA approved system utilises the fast settig Celfix mortar. Celfix allows a buildig to be costructed faster ad to a better quality, with follow-o trades able to start work sooer i a weatherproof eviromet. 15 Celfix Mortar With a iitial bod time of aroud 15 miutes, storey height paels ca be achieved i oe lift ad structurally loaded withi 1-2 hours. Celfix is supplied by H+H, dry i 25 kg bags ad should be added to water (approx. 4.5 litres per bag). Applied with either a scoop or sledge to maitai a cosistet joit thickess of 2mm, it remais workable withi the bucket for several hours. Pallets if required (ad have ot bee requested o the delivery) should already be laid out. c) Waitig Time The first hour o site or at merchat yard will ot usually icur a waitig time pealty, but there will be a charge of per hour thereafter (or part thereof). d) Prices quoted are based o full lorry loads delivered to mailad UK or mailad ports oly, these will be delivered free of charge subject to Waitig Time above ad clause i below. e) Icomplete loads (see table of full load sizes below) will icur a charge for each pack less tha full load capacity. The charge is per pack withi stadard delivery area ad per pack outside the stadard delivery area with a miimum charge 100 w th a maximum 10 workig day lead-time for delivery. f) Rigid vehicles are oly available i restricted areas with a charge of 250 per vehicle ad a maximum of up 10 workig days lead-time for delivery. g) Split loads are available at a charge of 100 per load withi a 10-mile radius (ordered by a builders merchat for delivery part to site ad remaider to the Merchats yard) if over 10 miles apart additioal charges will apply. h) Droppig a trailer from a draw bar ad makig multiple drops from the rigid wago ca be arraged for a fee of 50 plus ay waitig time per c) above. i) Cacellatios made after 12pm (midday) the day prior to dispatch or oce the vehicle has bee loaded will be subject to a restockig charge of 20% of the ivoice value ad cost of haulage already icurred if appropriate. j) Refusal o Delivery will be charged at cost of trasport, restockig charges, plus uloadig ad reloadig if applicable. k) A diversio charge, at cost of trasport, will be payable should a order be diverted or retured before or upo arrival osite or at the depot. l) Credit for retured goods will oly be allowed after deductio of haulage ad restockig costs of resalable product. m) If a driver is requested to park outside a site due to lack of space ad a parkig ticket is eforced, the charge will be forwarded to the customer for reimbursemet. Site Completios i Each site (where we have delivered full loads) for the purpose of site completio will be allowed oe icomplete load at o additioal charge, w th a maximum of 10 workig days lead-time for delivery Deliveries i Our ormal delivery hours are betwee 8am ad 4pm. Other times ca be arraged but must be agreed i advace. ii 24-hour otice of delivery will be give. iii Full loads of stocked product delivered o articulated vehicles will be made withi 3-5 workig days after receipt of order subject to market coditios ad product availability. Pallet Iformatio i All deliveries to a Builders Merchats yard will be made o pallets. ii H+H UK s Coursig Uit deliveries whether to depot or site will be made o pallets. iii Deliveries to site are ot made o pallets. No-returable pallets ca be provided at 5.00 per pallet. iv A free of charge pallet collectio service is available. Phoe to arrage. Collectios requ re a miimum of 30 pallets from ay supplier, ot just H+H UK Ltd. Our pallet collectio parter will maage the re-distributio for you.
