2 49 Series Coectors & Receptacles INTRODUCTION Sigle Pole Pael Mout Receptacles For Use o Lad-Based Oil Drillig Rigs ad Other High-Amperage Power Geeratio Applicatios 49 Series sigle pole coectors ad receptacles are desiged to deliver up to 1,000 Volts AC or DC ad up to 1,135 Amps of cotiuous power uder the most extreme coditios with cables ragig i size from 313 MCM to 777 MCM. Desiged to mate with other maufacturers high-amperage sigle pole coectors ad receptacles, 49 Series sigle pole devices ca be istalled o both existig power houses ad geerator statios or o ew oil ad gas rig costructio. 49 Series Pael Mouted Receptacles 49 Series receptacles iclude bus bar termiatio i male or female versios. Isulators are molded i a thermoplastic vulcaizate (TPV) isulator ad are protected by a powder coated metal housig ad TPV dust cap. A clevis pi (icluded) ad padlock shackle secure the plug ito the receptacle. Bus bars are available with sigle or double holes ad each is compatible with the full cable rage, 313 MCM to 777 MCM. Choose a male bus bar for the power side of the circuit or a female bus bar for the motor load side of the circuit. Receptacle housigs are available i two styles: oe for stadard applicatios ad oe for applicatios requirig moutig of multiple receptacles i very close proximity. 3 49 Series Coectors & Receptacles INTRODUCTION Sigle Pole Coectors 49 Series Coectors 49M (Male Cotacts) ad 49F (Female Cotacts) Rhio-hide coectors iclude a male or female cotact with a TPV isulator ad dust cap. Choose male cotacts for the power side of the circuit or female cotacts for the motor load side of the circuit. To prevet separatio of the coectors, select a color-coded i-lie coupler from Rhio-hide accessories. Available colors: Black (E), White (W), Red (R), Blue (B), Gree (G), Yellow (Y), Orage (O), Brow (H), Purple (P) & Gray (GY)*. The lockig groud pi, 15GND-UM, is easy to istall ad desiged to fit both ew ad existig 49 Series pael mout applicatios. Simply replace oe moutig receptacle bolt with the 15GND-UM. Coect to the dowstream equipmet usig a stadard Levito 15 Series cam-type female coector. The Lockig Groud Pi ad matig 15 Series Cam-Type Female Coector are desiged to reduce electrical oise ad to mout o a pael or pael mout receptacle. The maximum curret carryig capacity is 150 Amps. It is ot iteded to be used above 150A for fault curret.
