Dedicated project management software is used to continuously monitor the overall project milestones and to keep all parties informed at all times. Every contract is completed within defined timeframes, costs and project scope by particular forward planning, controlled risk management and careful allocation of human resources. We are confident in our project management processes, and in the stringent quality management systems integrated into every work process. For this reason we are happy to guarantee the delivery of enduring quality mechanical services installations to all our clients. design & build Using state of the art technology (CAD and CAE), our in-house D&B team turns client concepts into cost-effective, fully co-ordinated builders works requirements, and as built drawings. We provide project management from the initial design brief through to supervision of the building process up to practical hand-over and completion. service & maintenance management Upon completion, all mechanical installations are commissioned and certified. Detailed, project specific O&M Manuals are prepared and handed over to the client. Thereafter our Service & Maintenance team provides a cost effective after-care service with annual maintenance contracts including call-out service for all our commercial, industrial and domestic installations.
