6 Transportation Investment Plan (TIP) Decade of Investment (DOI) in District 5: Significant progress has been made through the first three years 748 projects on DOI list from November bridge projects are being advanced through the P3 Bridge Program Of the remaining 706 projects, 180 have been let as of 10/1/ projects are currently programmed on the TIP and/or TYP 343 projects are to be addressed with Maintenance DOI Funds (A-409) 10 projects, not yet programmed, will be programmed on the 2019 TIP update

20 District 5 Storm Water Management Committee Formed in early 2016 Provides additional oversight for storm water management Ensures permit compliance through future maintenance and documentation requirements. Serves as an open forum to establish Best Management Practices Identifies opportunities for training and organizational resources. SR 422 Stormwater Basin Berks Co.

21 P3 Rapid Bridge Replacement District 5-0 Update 40 bridges being replaced 19 bridges completed: 7 in Schuylkill, 12 in Monroe 3 bridges currently in construction: SR B, SR B, & SR B all in Monroe County 13 bridges expected to start construction in bridges have been moved to 2018 for complex ROW, Utility or Environmental Reasons

22 PennDOT Connects District 5 has 57 new projects that will begin the PE phase in FFY 2017 Outreach to municipal and MPO partners will occur to ensure all needs are properly considered Executive staff, Project Managers, Municipal representatives and MPO staff will field view projects and work together on a Meeting of the Minds and identify opportunities
