24 Tips Reminder The Facilities P/T Consultant Master Contract may be used for P/T Services up to $100,000 in total fees per consultant, per project. If fees are near $90,000, consider another selection process. TOTAL FEES INCLUDE: Basic Services Additional Service Change Orders Reimbursable Expenses Total commitment, full encumbrance 24 Facilities P/T Master Contract

25 Tips Clarification - Master contract services are limited to the consultant s Approved Specialty Service(s). Hire the consultant with the primary responsibility of executing the work.
