Please attach this Addendum to the contract documents in your possession. Only the bid proposal holders receive this addendum and responsibility for notifying any potential subcontractors or suppliers remains with the proposal holder. ACM s include floor tile, floor mastic, sheet flooring, joint compound, window caulking, roof tar, roof caulking, ceiling texture and HVAC caulking. However, based on the discrete nature of this inspection, additional areas of the identified ACM may be present. If during demolition activities additional areas of identified ACM are discovered, they should be abated accordingly. Site diagrams are included in Appendix A and the laboratory analytical reports are provided in Appendix C.
