14 ED01B: Energy service contract Considerations: To satisfy the tender a primary energy reduction higher than the tender requests has been proposed but not achieved. This hasn t changed the accounting however. Apply to the total consumption Sharing Saving mechanism is important, since individual buildings can have very different behaviors amoung them Real primary energy consumption knowledge allows a better assessment of the efficiency measures on internal systems and on the casing.
