29 Additional measures Environment zone more restrictive (only green label) air pollution reduction of about 20 %, 16 % of private cars and 87 % of heavy traffic are concerned! Stronger involvement of ignition vehicles in the labelling of cars. The labelling regulation has to be changed. 31 Summary High level of air pollution near main roads. The measures of the clean air plan lead to less air pollution still on a high level.
