5 RoHS: a challenge! The RoHS Directive i a fundamental change in how product will be developed and manufactured. China, Taiwan, and Japan, along with everal U.S. tate have adopted, or plan to adopt, imilar legilation to ban the ue of hazardou chemical in the manufacturing proce. 5

9 Homogenou Material HOMOGENOUS MATERIAL mean a MATERIAL THAT CANNOT BE MECHANICALLY DISJOINTED INTO DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND OF UNIFORM COMPOSITION THROUGHOUT MECHANICALLY DISJOINTED that the material can be, in principle, eparated by MECHANICAL ACTIONS uch a uncrewing, cutting, cruhing, grinding, and abraive procee.
