4 ABOUT US MYRZ is a developing company who is providing consultancy & trading services which focus on energy & water sector; Starts by providing the management consultancy service at PGN, MYRZ has expanded its services to other consulting services at PGN by providing several consulting services such as corrosion pipe assessment to determine the remaining life of the pipes; MYRZ has also explored its consulting services to other companies by providing market research (e.g : Bank Mandiri, B-Com, etc), database development (e.g : Bank Mandiri), engineering services (e.g : SEP) & water audit to several companies, etc; MYRZ is providing several training material such as energy efficiency, water & waste water treament, biowaste, local content, internal audit (ISO) series, HSE, etc; Currently, MYRZ is providing not only consulting services but also for trading. We have been engaged by several principles in providing the specialty protective coating & lubricants, water & waste water treatment chemicals, drilling mud chemicals & chemical cleaning services; We have been acknowledge as approved vendor list by several Oil & Gas Companies such as CNOOC, HCML, etc and also by Government Bodies (mineral & energy sector, financial sector, etc).

17 Company Experience : PGN SBU I 2008 Management Consultancy Business process Project Brief : As with almost company, marketing / sales is one of the important area for a company to grow. PGN has an issue of very long lead time to activate new customer. Despite the new customers will wait until they are activated, PGN would like to increase their customers satisfaction level. We are asked to asses the business process analysis across internal departments at PGN. Our method was face to face interview with the senior managers and also data mining from the marketing department re any related with the new customer application process. The project duration was 4 months. The result : We found that the bottle neck process lies on the Board of Director decision lead time where it is late about 2-3 months from schedule.

The maintenance works can be as simple as painting work up to the most difficult one, change the civil structure of their bridges & pipes. Due to budget wise, PGN needs to prioritize the maintenance work on their bridge. To do so, PGN would like to analyze the feasibility of their bridges The project was taken place on several different area with certain bridges that needs to be survey & analyzed.
