To prepare salary analysis for management review. To coordinate on implementation of New HRMS system which includes Payroll, Time Attendance, HR Module such as Leave, Disciplinary, Training, Asset, Employee Self Service ( ESS ) and Workflow systems. Prepare and submit monthly overtime and blemish report for the HOD.
