Payroll Administration To administer the payroll process and to ensure correct and timely payment of salary. Liaison with government bodies i.e. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc. To administer bonus and annual salary review exercise for bargain able staff through Productivity Linked Wage System ( PLWS ). To prepare salary analysis for management review. To coordinate on implementation of New HRMS system which includes Payroll, Time Attendance, HR Module such as Leave, Disciplinary, Training, Asset, Employee Self Service ( ESS ) and Workflow systems. Prepare and submit monthly overtime and blemish report for the HOD.
