1 Hospitality and VIP Production Assistant (8 in Total) To ensure that, alongside the Production Manager, hospitality provision is delivered successfully to bands, artists, VIP and VVIP where appropriate. will include working with the VIP and Hospitality Manager to ensure all riders are correct and all dressing rooms are managed effectively. You will also need to support the VIP hospitality to ensure this is provided at Village Green. All issues of H/S (H/S) must also be reported to the Production Manager immediately. Friendly, not star struck, resilient, professional and a team player. This position answers to Hospitality and VIP Manager and Volunteer Manager 30 June - 14 July or 7 July 15 July. Attend H/S meetings/site visits (rota) Personal Assistant 4 in total You will be working closely with the Production Managers to ensure needs are met to support the delivery of Event Production and Artists Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all performances and workshops adhere to times stated in the event programme. You will also need to report all H/S issues to Senior Managers immediately. Good communicator, team player, knowledge of health & safety, good at working under pressure and to deadlines, like working outdoors and must be healthy and fit This position answers to Touring Artist and Workshop Manager and Volunteer Manager Varied start times between now and event but needs to be onsite 7 th July 15 th July

2 Workshop Production Assistant (4 in total) The Workshop Production Assistant will work closely with the Touring Artists and Workshop Manager to ensure artists performances run to times stated in the event programme. In this role you will ensure that all the appropriate needs are met to support the delivery of the touring artists and the workshops. You will work closely with the Touring Artists and Workshop Manager to support the requirements of both the artists and Village Green. You will ensure any issues regarding H/S are reported immediately. Interested in the Arts, a people person, organised, reliable and have a can-do attitude Reports to This position answers to Touring Artists Managers and Volunteer Manager 7 July 14 July. 3 Production Office Assistant (8 in total) In this role you will work closely with the Event Production Office Manager to ensure that all production needs are met and managed well during the event. Working closely with the Event Production Office Manager you will act as a representative to the event including greeting bands to ensure they are passed successfully across to the stage teams. You will act as artist liaison where required and make sure any issues regarding H/S are reported to a manager immediately. You will be organised, calm, responsible and IT literate. This position answers to Event Production Office Manager and Volunteer Manager 30 June - 14th July or 7th July - 14th July. Attend H/S meetings and production meetings Crew Welfare Production Assistant (4 in total rotated) In this role you will work closely with the Event Production Office Manager and Production Manager to ensure the welfare of the crew at all times. In this pastoral role you will ensure that the crew have all the resources they need to work to the best of their ability. This will include making sure that food and drink is available to the crew at regular intervals. Obviously depending on the weather this will require common sense judgement. Help the Production Manager rota regular breaks and rest periods where possible for all the crew. Report any issues of H/S to a manager immediately. You will be caring, pastoral, kind and responsible. This position answers to Production Manager, Event Production Office Manager and Volunteer Manager 30 June - 14th July or 7th July - 14th July. Attend H/S meetings and production meetings Special equipment /clothing needed / Comfortable and durable footwear.

4 Artist Liaison Assistant (8 in total) You will be working closely with the Stage Manager and Production Manager. In this role you will be working between the stage and the production office to act as the link between the performer and the event. Your responsibilities will include working with the Stage Manager and Production Manager to ensure artists are liaised with on show day. This may include duties such as cleaning the dressing rooms, helping artists adhere to running times and other tasks as directed on the day. You will be organised, friendly, helpful, cheerful and able to work well under pressure. This position answers to Production Manager, Stage Managers, and VIP and Hospitality Manager. Min length of time is Thursday 1 July until Sunday 14 July. Attend H/S meetings/site visits Runners Stage Assistants (10 in total) To work as closely with the Event Production managers to ensure all aspects of staging prior to and on event day run as smoothly as possible. You will be helpful and cheerful and your duties may include moving stage equipment, fetching and carrying set or tools to help keep the stage operating smoothly. You will need to be fit and able to handle physical work. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and think on your feet in a pressurised environment. This position answers to Production Manager, Stage Manager, and production managers as necessary The minimum time needed for this role is Wednesday 9 July until Sunday 13 July. 5 Stage Crew Assistants (16 in total) You will work closely with the Stage Manager to support them to deliver the show to time. Your duties will include loading equipment to and from the stage as required. Under the direction of the stage manager help with the set up and take down and change over s as required. You will have experience either working on or around a stage/band or playing an instrument. You will have physical stamina and a good sense of humour! This position answers to the Stage Manager and Production Manager Min length of time is 7 th July until Sunday 13th July. Attend H/S meetings/site visits Technical Crew (16 in total) You will work closely with the Stage Manager to support them to deliver the show to time. Your duties will include loading equipment to and from the stage as required. Manageing the technical aspects of the show. Under the direction of the stage manager help with the set up and take down and change over s as required. You will have experience either working on or around a stage/band. You will have knowledge of operating basic Sound and lighting equipment and the confidence to believe that the sound is right. You will know and understand the importance of managing sound in relation to other outputs. You will have physical stamina and a good sense of humour! This position answers to the Stage Manager and Production Manager Min length of time is Wednesday 9 th July until Sunday 14th July. Attend H/Smeetings/site visits Technical Stores Assistants You will work closely with the Site, Transport and Production Manager to manage the inventory of production

6 equipment and Backline coming onsite to ensure it is signed in and out of the Stores and its location is certain. To ensure a logical system to enable kit and equipment to be located and used. Your duties will include loading equipment to and from the stores as required. Keeping a stores inventory and ensuring store is kept in tidy and clean state. You will have experience either working in a warehouse / system check environment.you will have physical stamina and a good sense of humour! Yu will be calm in the face of multitasking. You will like things to be ordered. This reports to Technical Stores Manager and Production Managers Varied length of time between Monday 30th June until Monday 14 July. Attend H/S meetings/site visits Special equipment/clothing needed. May have extra days in pre-production if available. No high heels! Comfortable and durable footwear.
