As a Human Resources professional, Bonnie lends over 20 years of experience in management coaching, employment law, training development, and sales management to each workshop and seminar. The demand for Bunnies skills as a professional trainer has her booked throughout the year presenting Seminars to top business clients. She also conducts training workshops for corporations in such diverse lines of business as banking, aerospace, manufacturing, and distribution. Bonnie has enjoyed working with organizations such as Technicolor, Ricoh Electronics, National Pen, Nordstrom, Herman Miller, Zion's Bank, and Meggitt Aerospace. She has also been a guest speaker for various associations, including SHRM, PIHRA, ASTD, and VIA, and has guest lectured at Santa Barbara City College, the University of Phoenix, and University of California Extension- Santa Barbara. Bonnie stays ahead of current trends by maintaining an active membership in several professional human resources and speakers' associations, including the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the National Speakers Association (NSA), and the National Classification Management Society (NCMS). She is also a licensed DiSC Trainer and Facilitator, as well as a certified Facilitator for DDI's Learning Systems. Her most recent accomplishment is getting certified to train both Crucial Conversations and Crucial Confrontations. Bonnie is also a certified facilitator for Franklin Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, 7 Habits for Managers, Leadership and Project Management programs. Bonnie is also an adjunct professor for Santa Barbara City College's Professional Development Department, as well UCSB Extension and Antioch University. Bonnie holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management and Finance, and an M.A. Degree in Organizational Management. JEFF WEINTRAUB is the managing partner of the Memphis office of the national, management-side employment & labor firm Fisher & Phillips, LLP (the Memphis office formerly was The Weintraub Firm, PC). Jeff is a trial attorney who represents employers in jury trials in the private and public sectors in employment, harassment, and whistleblower lawsuits and in EEOC charges, wage and hour cases, enforcing non-competes, and the like, in all federal and state courts and agencies, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He also represents employers in union arbitrations, negotiations, and elections. He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri and is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator. He provides training for employers around the country in avoiding harassment charges and the like and speaks at many employment seminars. For many years, he has taught the Employee Relations & Labor component in SHRM s HR Certification course in Memphis. Jeff has been included in The Best Lawyers in America for the last 16 years, as well as Mid-South Super Lawyers (covering MS, TN, and AR) for the last 5 years. The Memphis Business Quarterly selected Jeff as a Power Player in Employment Law in 2010 and again in He also has been included in the World's Leading Labour & Employment Lawyers (UK) for the last 8 years.

6 CRAIG COWART is a partner in the Memphis office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. Craig is licensed and maintains an active practice in Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana. Prior to joining Fisher & Phillips, he spent a portion of his career as in-house counsel for Buckman Laboratories International, Inc. In that role, Craig was responsible for management of all employment related litigation and human resources issues worldwide. For nearly two decades, he has represented the interests of employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and other labor and employment related litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. In 2010 and 2011, Craig successfully obtained decertification and dismissal of over 600 class member claims in two FLSA collective actions. He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to helping employers formulate solutions to issues that arise every day in the workplace, including decisions related to counseling, disciplining, and terminating employees. Craig is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Craig is active in the Federal Bar Association where he currently serves as the National Chair of the Committee on Legislation and Congressional Relations, Labor and Employment Law Section. He received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Memphis where he was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. ROBBIN W. HUTTON is Of Counsel in the Memphis office of Jackson Lewis LLP and has over fifteen years experience in the areas of employment and labor law, insurance defense, and civil litigation, with nine years exclusively devoted to employment and labor matters. She has successfully litigated numerous employment matters in both state and federal courts and achieved favorable results before numerous administrative boards and agencies in numerous states. Ms. Hutton regularly works with clients in developing and implementing employment policies, as well as training on the major areas of employment and labor law. She has conducted training and seminars on various employmentrelated topics to include sexual harassment/discrimination, FMLA, FLSA, immigration issues, union issues, and ADA, as well as conducted many workrelated investigations for clients, as well as HR audits for employers. Ms. Hutton received her B.P.A. from the University of Mississippi and her J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. JAMES (JIM) STOCK, a Partner in the Memphis office of Jackson Lewis LLP, is an experienced litigator and counselor in labor and employment law, and has been nationally recognized for both trial and appellate work. An attorney who carries Martindale-Hubbell s highest AV rating, as well as recognition in Mid South Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America for many years, his practice focuses on representing national and regional corporate entities in all facets of employment law, traditional labor relations, wage and hour matters as well as enforcing restrictive covenants. Mr. Stock regularly partners with inhouse counsel and human resource senior executives on issues as diverse as executive compensation, severance and separation agreements, EPLI coverage, arbitration of employment claims, the creation of employment policies, and workforce reductions. Mr. Stock completed his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Memphis, and in his career, has litigated employment cases in 28 states in both State and Federal Courts, Administrative Agencies, Arbitration forums, and has practiced in the 6 th, 8 th, 9 th, 10 th, 11 th Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
