3 Attendee Demographics The EMEA NetApp Partner Academy draws over 3,000 attendees each year. Our attendees include channel partner executives, sales, and technical team members, along with our NetApp channel and sales teams, technical experts, trainers and Alliance Partners.

4 Sponsorship Packages at-a-glance Sponsorship covers the entire schedule. Any additional countries will be charged on a country-by-country basis. NetApp is flexible and can discuss half-year sponsorship and payment arrangements for the Partner Academy. Sponsor logos may appear on printed and digital materials, in the registration links, and on the event website. Photos that are taken at an event might appear on social media and in internal NetApp communications. Sponsors will receive a contact list of all attendees who give consent to share personal information unless otherwise noted in the sponsorship agreement. PLATINUM PACKAGE $90,000 USD (by invitation only) Our Platinum sponsorship is by invitation only and includes participation in all countries. As a Platinum Sponsor, you will benefit from NetApp speakers promoting your partnership and presenting a mutually agreedupon solution to attendees. You will also get a table and placard where available, six attendee passes, onsite and electronic branding and opportunities. Includes participation in all countries except Germany and UK. GOLD PACKAGE $42,000 USD Our Gold sponsorship package includes participation in all countries. As a Gold Sponsor, you will benefit from four attendee passes, a table and placard where available, onsite and electronic branding and opportunities. 5 Special Marketing Opportunities NetApp is pleased to offer additional sponsorship opportunities at the Partner Academy including: Luncheon Sponsor $3,000 (limited to 1 sponsor per city) As our luncheon sponsor, your logo will be printed on table signage and the host will highlight your company when lunch begins. Networking Reception Sponsor $3,000 (limited to 1 sponsor per city) As our networking reception sponsor, your logo will be printed on table signage and the host will highlight your company when the event begins. Raffle Sponsor No Cost Provide a raffle prize for your opportunity to introduce yourself and your company when we draw prizes for attendees at the networking reception. Speaking engagement Additional Cost (Invitation only with approval by GEO) An opportunity to speak during the Partner Academy may be available for an additional charge. This will be negotiated with each individual country. SPONSOR ELIGIBILITY Eligibility to be a Partner Academy sponsor is limited to companies that have a current partnership agreement in good standing with NetApp or that are in the process of creating a partnership with NetApp. Companies that do not meet these criteria will require an explicit endorsement from NetApp. All sponsors must be in good credit standing with NetApp, with no past-due amounts. NetApp reserves the right to reject or cancel any application or agreement for sponsorship. You will receive a link to confirm your participation and to sign up for sponsorship levels and special marketing options. NetApp is flexible and can discuss payment arrangements for the Partner Academy, including half-year sponsorships in which a sponsor s funds are applied only to the first or second half of the year s events.
