4 CRANE BARGES CONQUEST OFFSHORE Operates a 1400 ton crane barge internationally for construction and installation work (ports, oil & gas, offshore wind), decommissioning, salvage and wreck removal. The company participated successfully in the salvage operation of the cruise ship Costa Concordia, Italy. Conquest also completed the salvage of the Troll Solution Jack Up vessel. DP2 VESSELS MULTI PURPOSE OFFSHORE SUPPLY VESSELS In cooperation with Amasus we can provide a fleet multipurpose and modular Dynamic Positioning vessels. The strong point of the vessel is the combination of multipurpose and modular use with huge (triple) deck space, relative high workability, and sufficient DP2 holding capacity. 5 YARD ROTTERDAM ROTTERDAM OFFSHORE GROUP Rotterdam Offshore Group has an open sea accessible, strategic and ISPS (International Ships and Ports Security) location in the main port of Rotterdam. There are lay-by facilities for (marine, sea-going and Jack Up) vessels up to 300 m length, 80 m breadth and 9.5 m draft. Rotterdam Offshore Group offers heavy lift crane capacity and a large yard area of more than 20,000 sqm with a fully equipped workshop (new build office and workshop in 2018). YARD ZWOLLE LIFTPOINT LiftPoint has an inland accessible and strategic location in the main port of Zwolle. There are lay-by facilities for marine vessels up to 110m length, 11,5 m breadth and 4 m draft. There is heavy lift crane capacity of 160 ton SWL, at ca. 15 meter height. The yard area is more than 8,500 sqm.

6 YARD AMSTERDAM DUTCH OFFSHORE BASE Dutch Offshore Base has a Strategic ISPS (International Ships and Ports Security) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) location in the main port of Amsterdam. There are lay-by facilities for (marine, sea-going and Jack Up) vessels and the location is tide free. There are 800 m of available quays, with a deep sea quay of up to 500 m length, 60 m breadth and 15 m draft. A large open yard area of more than 160,000 sqm and warehouse space of 30,000 sqm. NORTH SEA CANAL LOCKS The present North lock is 400 m long, 50 metres wide and 15 metres deep. A new large sea lock is being constructed at the entrance of the North Sea Canal at IJmuiden that will provide access to the Dutch Offshore Base in the Amsterdam Port. The new lock will be 500 metres long, 70 metres wide and 18 metres deep, making it the world s largest sea lock. Construction began in January 2016 and the new lock will be available for shipping at the end of The new sea lock is tide-independent and ships can pass through 24/7.
