2 Now live! Transtar s Mobile Tracking App is now available to download on the itunes App Store. After a number of months in the planning, design, development and testing phases, Transtar is proud to officially announce the release of our first mobile app on the itunes Store. Created as a helpful resource for our customers to manage and track their shipments, our e-star Mobile Tracking App is now available to be downloaded to your iphone. With real-time shipment visibility and a seamless user interface, e-star Mobile Tracking helps our customers stay informed when they are on the move. The following pages are a brief intro on how to access and use the e-star Mobile Tracking App. Enjoy! page 2

3 Downloading the App Go to the itunes App Store and enter the following keywords into the SEARCH function:» Transtar» e-star Mobile Tracking Tap GET to INSTALL the App to your phone. Find the App icon on your mobile phone; tap to open. NB: If you don t currently have an itunes account, you will need to open one following the prompts. page 3

4 Log-in You will be welcomed by the home screen for the App, asking for log-in credentials. The log-in credentials will match those of your existing Transtar username and password, used to log-in via the Transtar e-star website:» Company Code» Address» Password If you don t have access to these details, log-in using the following:» DEMIMPMEL» test@demoimports.com.au» transtar Don t forget to check the Remember me button then tap Log-in page 4

5 Search options e-star Mobile Tracking allows you to easily view and monitor your Transtar shipments through your iphone. Tap each of the tabs to change the way data is filtered by:» ETA» Shipment #,» Purchase Order #,» Container # and» Shipper Alternatively, you can enter the details in the search function at top. The data provided will be for the next 30 days; you can search a month Earlier or Later by selecting these options. Select/tap the Shipment line for further details. page 5

6 Shipment details This screen reveals a range of additional details about the shipment including:» House Bill No.» ETD and ETA» Origin and Destination Country/Port» Size/Weight/Quantity» Vessel details To search another shipment, simply select the back button and revert to the previous screen. page 6
