1 The Space Warehouse 35 is Blank Canvas space that can be transformed into whatever you like, it all depends on your imagination! The space is designed to be a cheaper option to many other function spaces as it is bare walls only. There is a flat fee for the space to rent and from there a quote will be made for you that will reflect the level of involvement you need from us. Warehouse 35 is able to cater to any event and assist in all your function needs or (depending on your function) you can bring in an outside caterer, bands, flowers and food trucks, whatever suits you! With large expansive windows Warehouse 35 has an abundance of natural light during the day, and the walls and tall pitch roof create a great backdrop for feature lighting at night. We also have a side laneway that makes a great secret entrance and doubles as a good outdoor area as well.

2 Pricing Structure Rental Only: Evening Rental from 5pm-12pm: $2,000 Add ons: -Additional hours for function set up and pack down are charged at $50 per hour -A Warehouse 35 Manager and 1 other Staff Member are required to secure the venue after your function. This cost is charged at $100 per hour from 11pm onwards. -A $300 Cleaning Fee is required for all groups over 100 people. -Warehouse 35 Management reserves the right to enter. *For all 18 th and 21 st Birthday Functions please see special instructions below regarding pricing and hire conditions. Daytime Rental from 8am until 5pm: Photographic Shoot $1,000 Daytime Rental from 8am until 5pm: Film or TV Shoot $2,000 Function Hire: Friday & Saturday Night: $5,000 minimum spend Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: $2,000 minimum spend Sunday & Thursday: $3,000 minimum spend *Your minimum spend can be made up of both food & alcohol. Please see attached

3 *18 th and 21 st Birthday Functions All 18 th and 21 st Birthday Functions are required to have the bar provided by our preferred bar supplier, Armadillo Events. All Door and Security staff will be provided by Warehouse 35 at the cost of the hirer. - All ID will be checked at the door and wrist bands will be given to those over All bags will be checked upon entry. - Anyone arriving intoxicated will not be permitted. - Anyone deemed effected by alcohol will have their wristband removed and will not be supplied alcohol for the duration of the party. - Drug use will not be condoned and anyone seen or suspected of taking drugs will be asked to leave the premises. - Numbers will be checked at the Door and will not exceed 300 at anytime External catering may still be used but will be limited to food only, you are not able to bring in your own bar or your own alcohol. Provision of security will be charged accordingly with a minimum of 2 guards for the first 120 guests. A $1000 Damages Bond is required to be paid at least 7 days prior to the date of function. This will be held to cover any damages to the premise and or property caused by function guests (for example damage to toilets or windows). The return of bond or part thereof will be subject to a thorough inspection of the function space. Where no damages occur or occur to a value less than $1000 the bond will be returned to the hirer within 72 hours of the function date. Damages in excess $1000 will be charged accordingly.

4 Equipment All equipment needs to be brought in. We can assist with quotes and referrals or you can use our in house equipment at a fee. For a quote please contact us via the information below. We supply 1 x 3 phase power outlet as well as regular 15-amp power. In House Equipment Warehouse 35 has a list of equipment for hire such as tall tables, stools and sound and lighting equipment. These items are treated as additional extras on top of your hire fee. Please contact us for a full list and photos of our in house equipment. External Catering Any external caterers used must supply a copy of their valid Victorian Liquor License and comply with all laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol. External caterers must also adhere to all local Food & Hygiene laws. Caterers used must set up their own kitchen/work space with refrigeration & equipment. Power only supplied. We reserve the right to enter all functions and events held at Warehouse 35 to ensure compliance with the above-mentioned laws. Warehouse 35 Catering W35 has 2 preferred caterers, Big Pig American BBQ and Armadillo events. Please see the attached menu s for catering information. Availability Warehouse 35 is available 7 days a week from 8am until 1am. Warehouse 35 does not do Functions past 1am.

5 Guests Warehouse 35 is approx. 400sqm. It can hold 200 people comfortably for a sit down event and 300 for stand up event. Special Needs We have disabled access throughout Warehouse 35 as well as a disabled toilet directly thru to Big Pig Little Pig.
