Film rates are based on a ten hour day Early starts (before 8:00am) and late finishes (after 6pm) attract an additional fee per start/finish Bookings must be confirmed 96 hours (4 days) prior to shoot day via or fax Cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in a 100% penalty fee of studio rate Saturday surcharge of $165 applies and Sunday surcharge of $330 applies Public holiday surcharge of $495 applies Overtime is charged at $165 per hour up to 7pm, 7pm-9pm is charged at $275 per hour, after 9pm $385 per hour. The Front and its employees take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen property of the hirer or any other party The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the studio and/or property within the studio All items including props, sets products and clothing etc. must be removed from studio at end of hire day or storage fees will be charged 3 Phase Power is metered and charged at $25 per hour usage The Front accepts no liability for any courier deliveries For insurance purposes and the sensitive nature of the building, The Front does not allow third party hire of lighting and equipment Any drinks/food consumed will be charged at the advertised rates and will appear on the client s final invoice Acceptance of this agreement binds the hirer to these terms and conditions for all future studio bookings made with The Front The Front requires prepayment for booking or payment on the day unless other terms specified
