5 BOOTH / EQUIPMENT 03 In our exhibitor portal, please indicate whether you want to bring your own booth and either select the free standard-equipment (1 table 70 x 140 cm with 2 chairs) or enter the desired quantities of special equipment. 6 DIRECTIONS / SETUP / PARKING 04 PraxisBörse North Campus Setup: Parking: Early setup (on the evening of 12 June) * : 6 to 10 p.m. Setup period on fair day: 7 to 11 a.m. Dismantling period: 5 to 8 p.m. Here you can use the entire area to park free of charge. For loading and unloading your vehicle you can use the ground level entrance of the Second Physical Institute (II. Physikalisches Institut) if necessary. PraxisBörse Central Campus Setup: Parking for unloading: Early setup (on the evening of 13 June) * : 6 to 10 p.m. Setup period on fair day: 7 to 11 a.m. Dismantling period: 5 to 8 p.m. For both early and regular setup you can use the parking area at Blauer Turm directly at the fair location. You can reach this parking area via the access Kreuzbergring. At the gate please indicate that you are exhibitor at the PraxisBörse. For loading and unloading your vehicle you can use the turning location and the building entrance there. Parking deck at the Central Campus Parking on the fair day: For the duration of the fair day there are free places available at the car park at Goßlerstraße, according to your ticket order in the exhibitor portal. Please take the parking ticket at the entrance gate and bring it to the InfoPoint to receive an exit ticket. * Early setup on prior evening: If you want to use this option, please notify us in advance, so we can organise a smooth operation for you. Our fair team is available on site on both evenings (12 and 13 June) until about 10 p.m. if you have any questions.

7 PARKING TICKETS / JOB ADVERTISEMENTS 05 Parking tickets During the PraxisBörse at the Central Campus (14 June) we offer you free parking at the car park at Goßlerstraße/Heinrich-Düker-Weg. This is just a short distance (two minutes walk) away from the fair location. Please indicate the number of tickets required in the exhibitor portal, so that we can swap the parking tickets from the car park s gate for the corresponding exit tickets to you at the fair s InfoPoint. Job advertisements on the fair homepage As an exhibitor you can have up to 15 current job offers published free of charge on the fair s homepage. Please upload these job offers in PDF file format on our exhibitor portal.

8 ORGANISATION / FAIR DAYS 06 Job advertisements for the JobWall Directly after arrival, please hand over your current job advertisements (DIN A4, printed on one side) in duplicate, so that we can put them up on the JobWall of the fair. Power outlet & Internet access At your booth there will be a power outlet. For the use with multiple devices please bring along a multiple socket. You can also order one in our exhibitor portal. On the fair day you can use the university s WiFi free of charge. Your login-data will be provided in the information folder that you receive once you register with our InfoPoint after your arrival. Exhibitor s Café On both fair days our fair team will be providing a beverage service directly at the booth. North Campus: The Cafeteria s entire range of offers of food and drinks will be available to you free of charge if you present your exhibitor s identification card, which will be provided by us. Central Campus: The Cafeteria s entire range of offers of food and drinks will be available to you free of charge if you present your exhibitor s identification card, which will be provided by us. One-on-one interviews in the Applicant s Café Hold one-on-one interviews within the calm setting of the Applicant s Café with interested students who approach your booth with pre-prepared application documents.
