So use the products for what they are intended for and allow yourself to indulge. LEARN Now that you ve pampered appropriately, spend a few minutes exploring this guide and the Perfectly Posh website. (You can even do this while you are pampering yourself.) There s a lot of information, but don t feel like you have to know everything all at once. That s what we re here for: to help you along the way. Our Quickstart program is a great way to get you on the right track. This program will give you the training and information you need to make the most out of your Posh experience. SHARE One of the best ways to start your journey is to simply use and share the product. As you know, it speaks for itself. We ll offer some best practices for getting started in this guide, but the easiest thing to do is to be proactive in using Posh and sharing what you love.

5 Check out our QUICKSTART PROGRAM The Quickstart program rewards you for completing sales and recruiting goals within your first 15, 30, and 60 days. (Your sponsor also gets rewarded when you achieve your goals.) The rewards include Perks, certificates, pins, and other business building items. You can earn one, two, or all three Quickstart rewards. HOW DO I GET INVOLVED? You must complete Personal Volume (PV) and recruiting goals by your 15th, 30th, and 60th days as a Perfectly Posh Consultant. The PV and recruiting requirements are: 15 Day: $250 in sales 30 Day: $500 in accumulative sales and 1 new recruit 60 Day: $1,000 in accumulative sales and 2 new recruits The rewards for the new recruit hitting each milestone are: 15 Day: 6,000 Perks, pin & certificate 30 Day: 12,000 Perks, pin & certificate 60 Day: 18,000 Perks, pin & certificate, personalized business cards Your sponsor* will also receive rewards when you hit these milestones. 6 Gatherings TRAINING EVENTS & We offer a variety of training programs to support you through your Posh journey. You can also check the Newsroom (it s in your Virtual Office) and keep an eye on Team Posh (our Consultant Facebook group) for other training opportunities. THE PREP ACADEMY When you start a business with Perfectly Posh, you get more than just your Starter Kit. You also join the Prep Academy. This is a simple 8-week program for all new Consultants that takes you step-by-step through the basics. These short, informative lessons will guide you as you begin your Posh journey and will help you meet your Quickstart goals. THE ACTION ACADEMY Learn business building and sales strategies, leadership and time management skills, recruiting techniques, and more. This training begins anytime you choose after your 60th day as a Perfectly Posh Consultant and when you have a title of Pink, Pink +1, or Pink +2. While any Consultant Pink or higher can access this Academy, only those Consultants with these titles on their Action Academy start date are eligible to earn bonuses. Learn more at academy.po.sh ONGOING TRAINING In addition to the Academy, Perfectly Posh provides ongoing business and product training to Consultants through a variety of platforms. Make sure you are part of our Team Posh Facebook group. Every Tuesday you ll get great advice from fellow Consultants and Home Office employees. 8 e c fi Of YOUR POSH Yes as a Perfectly Posh Consultant YOU GET YOUR VERY OWN OFFICE The Virtual Office (VO) is how you run your Posh business. It s where you go to do just about everything, like: Place orders See current info, promotions, and stay connected Track and view orders, including order history Set up and manage online and home parties Keep and manage customer contacts Keep your Consultant profile updated Track your monthly commissions Set up your replicated website Add and change information you want to display on the Consultant Finder Add social media profiles to your replicated website Utilize advanced search features to view your downline, reports, and more Redeem earned rewards Determine Qualified to Shop status To access your Virtual Office, go to perfectlyposh.com/vo and enter the username and password you selected upon joining. 8

9 YOUR REPLICATED Website As a Perfectly Posh Consultant, you get your own replicated website that you use to share with your customers. Your website helps create online sales, enroll new team members, share your contact information with potential customers, and includes links to your social media sites so you can connect with people to promote your love of pampering. All active Consultants receive a free replicated website. Your website includes: A personal profile page No monthly subscription fee Inclusion in the Consultant Finder, which allows customers to choose you as their Consultant at checkout and for their online parties PLACING ORDERS Placing orders is how your pampering business grows. You ll soon be ready to place your first order for more Posh products. Customers will place orders within or outside of parties on your website with a website order. Check the chart below for more details. Individual Order An order you place for yourself or a customer outside of a party. All orders ship for $5.99. Party Order Party Orders contain orders for both guests and Hostesses. A Hostess or her Consultant will create an event online, and guests are referred to this event to place their orders. Hostesses receive Perks based on these orders. Party orders are open for 1 days. POLICIES & PROCEDURES Our Policies and Procedures are very important! We urge you to take a look at the latest version of them by visiting the resources section of your Virtual Office. 9

10 STAYING Active 300 PV required every 6 months to stay active! It's that simple. See details below. MINIMUM ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS In order to remain an Active Consultant, you must have you decide to reactivate. Newly enrolled Consultants at least 300 PV each 6-month period (January 1 June are exempt for the remainder of the period in which 30 and July 1 December 31). Otherwise, your Consultant they join. For example, if you join on March 15, you do agreement will be cancelled. However, cancellation is not need to meet the 300 PV requirement by June 30 not forever. You can reactivate anytime by contacting to remain active. However, if you don t meet the 300 Consultant Support. 11 POSHPay Posh Pay How do we pay you your weekly and monthly commissions at Perfectly Posh? You ll create a Posh Pay Account through ProPay, a third party secure ecommerce payment service provider, right after you join. This account is where your commissions are deposited by every Wednesday for weekly commissions and by the 10th of each month for personal and downline bonuses. You ll be able to use your account to pay for items at Perfectly Posh and to transfer money to other accounts. You can also view your commissions and balances and order your Posh Pay Prepaid Debit Card through your ProPay account. All payments to your Posh Pay Account go through ProPay*. ProPay requires an annual fee of $7.95. You will need your bank account information when you set up your ProPay account. To learn more about ProPay, visit their website at HOW TO USE YOUR POSH PAY POSH PAY PROGRAM Prepaid Debit Card Use your Posh Pay Debit Card to spend your commissions outside of Posh at retailers where MasterCard is accepted YOUR POSH PAY DEBIT CARD Preferred Business Account Use commissions to place orders and more in your Virtual Office Your Posh Pay Prepaid Debit Card is associated with your Posh Pay Account and will be mailed after you enroll and pay your ProPay set-up fee. You will be able to access your commissions immediately in your Preferred Business Account with ProPay. They can be used at Perfectly Posh or transferred to another bank account. When you achieve leadership titles at Perfectly Posh (Premiers and above), you can receive a new Posh Pay Prepaid Debit Card that reflects your new title. If you don t wish to receive a new card, there is an option to opt out in your ProPay s. 14 COMMISSIONS AT Posh Weekly commissions (on your PV) are paid by every Wednesday. Weekly commissions include monies earned Sunday through Saturday. Monthly commissions (which include your personal and downline bonuses) are paid the 10th of each month. If a payday falls on a holiday, commissions will be paid by 10 AM (MT) of the previous business day, so you are paid prior to the holiday. If a month changes in the middle of a week, you will receive two deposits: One comprised of the sales from the end of the month One comprised of the sales from the beginning of the next month through the Saturday that closes that week Products that have Perks applied and Posh Portal purchases are not considered Personal Volume sales and are not commissionable. When you start, you get 20% back on everything you sell or buy. Once you have achieved $1,000 in Personal Volume, you earn 25% on everything you sell or buy. 15 PAY PLAN Plus* GET AWARDED FOR GROWING YOUR BUSINESS MONTHLY AWARDS Selling and recruiting are equally important when it comes to growing your business. We award you monthly for doing both. Every time you earn the Monthly Award, you get $100 in cash. Plus, you can earn the Monthly Award multiple times a year. The Monthly Award can be achieved in 3 different ways: 2,000 in Personal Volume and 1 new recruit -OR- 1,500 in Personal Volume and 2 new recruits -OR- 1,000 in Personal Volume and 3 new recruits Monthly Award monies will be deposited into the Consultant s ProPay account with regular monthly Commissions. Recipients also receive a certificate and pin. CONSISTENCY PAYS! 3 MONTH CONSISTENCY AWARD The 3 Month Consistency Award is earned by achieving the Monthly Award 3 times between July 1 and June 30. Consultants will be rewarded $500 cash. 6 MONTH CONSISTENCY AWARD The 6 Month Consistency Award is earned by achieving the Monthly Award 6 times between July 1 and June 30. Consultants will be rewarded $1,500 cash. ANNUAL AWARD The Annual Award is earned when a Consultant earns the Monthly Award at least 9 times between July 1 and June 30. Consultants will be rewarded $3,000 cash and will receive recognition at UnCon. Award monies for consistency awards will be deposited into the Consultant s ProPay account after all annual audits have been completed (typically in August). Consistency awards are not cumulative, meaning if you earn the 6 Month Award ($1,500) you do not also get the 3 Month Award ($500). Plus, PERKS FOR BEING QUALIFIED! Qualified Consultants will be rewarded $5 in Perks for earning 200 PV. Qualified sponsors will also earn $5 for each Qualified Frontline Consultant ranked Pink +3 and lower. *Parts of this pilot program are subject to change 15

18 Posh The Posh Portal is a store inside your Virtual Office where you can purchase tools to help you grow your business, including professional samples, swag, apparel, and more. WHAT DO I GET FREE IN MY FIRST 60 DAYS? During your first 60 days, each new Consultant can add one of each of the following items, one time, to any order: Posh Paper Bundle Order Forms Bundle About Posh Brochure Bundle Join Brochure Bundle To add these items to any order for free, simply log in to your Virtual Office (VO), click the Redeem tab, and claim. These items must be claimed within your first 60 days. It is required that we collect state and local sales tax for full retail value on each item, and regular shipping rates do apply. We recommend adding these items to your first product order. WHAT CAN I GET FOR HALF OFF? In your first 60 days, you can visit your Redeem tab in your VO, and order one of each of any printed item (excludes Posh Papers and on-demand/personalized items) for half off. Please note that Portal inventory rotates frequently. When you visit the Portal, you ll find there s a lot of fun stuff for you to experiment with as you build. 22 PARTYTips POSH PARTIES There are so many ways to share Posh and grow your business. One of the best ways: throwing PARTIES. Kick off your business with a launch party to introduce your NEW pampering products to your family and friends. Having a Hostess introduce you to her friends so you can PAMPER THEM ALL is a great way to get people excited about Perfectly Posh. Don t forget that you and your Hostess can earn Perks for hosting parties and for referring people to the Perks program! There are LOTS of ways to hold parties. Get creative! Prior to your Facebook Party, you ll want to make sure everyone has a copy of the Posh Paper. You can mail it to your guests or it in PDF format (you ll find it in the resources tab of your VO). If you choose to mail it, it s fun and effective to include product samples. PORTABLE PARTY Put products, samples, catalogs, and order forms into a bag and share it with a local business or friends. This is a great way to reach out to those who have no time to attend an actual party. Find a Hostess, give her a portable party bag, and have her share one with her office or friends. Portable Parties are also great ways to gather orders before and after a Home Party. NOTE: A Hostess only receives Hostess Perks/Hostess PV for orders submitted by other guests in the party; her personal orders will be reflected in her Perks rewards dashboard.
