Must know your log in and password to get into your back office (and your store link or store domain name that you chose...mine is shopmyplexus/donnareish/ ; yours will be shopmyplexus then what you chose squeezed together). 2. Library: Get to Compensation Plan Summary Chart. 3. Paid ELEVEN different ways. 4. Commissions equal everything you make on your sales: a. Your Preferred Sales Commissions b. Your Retail Sales Commissions c. Your Own Purchases Commissions d. NOT commissions on what Ambassadors under you order (those are paid in pay points) e. Pay points on your Ambassadors...all of this comes on the 15th of the next month f. Commissions on multi-packs you order (i.e. the Slim retail pack, etc.)
5 g. Preferred Customer bonuses (a bonus for each product that a Preferred Customer orders from your website...these add up quickly and take your total commissions way up!) 5. Commissions come on the fifteenth of the next month via the way you have chosen to be paid (automatic deposit, etc.) 6. Commissions are 15% or 25%: a. 15% for all sales and your own Ambassador order after the first $100 (which pays people above you) when your total PV is $499 or less that month b. 25% for all sales and your own Ambassador order after the first $100 (which pays people above you) when your total PV is $500 or more that month 7. Commissions are based on PV Personal Volume. Each product has an amount of PV associated with it. This is usually a little less than the actual product price as it is how Plexus is paid...the difference in the actual PV and the product amount. Your commissions are based on the PV not the purchase amount. 8. Commissions are paid only to Ambassadors who have $100 in PV go through their store. If you don t have an order and you have one customer who only orders a bag of Slim, no commissions are earned. (Keep in mind that your membership price for the year keeps you as an Ambassador the entire year...regardless of your sales. You must have over $100 in PV in order to earn commissions...but you are still an Ambassador regardless.) 9. Commissions are paid only to Ambassadors who have a back up order in place of $100 in PV or more. a. The back up order may be set on Conditional this means that you will not get this order (or it will not be processed) if you have $100 in PV go through your website without your order. Many Ambassadors choose this and never get this order...it is just there to be sure they always get their commission. They just place their product order each month that they want to receive separately but have this in place so that they get commissions (even though the order doesn t process). b. The back up order may be set on Unconditional this means that you will get this order regardless of whether anybody else orders (or you have a different $100 in PV go
6 through your website). So even if you have a bunch of orders going through your website, you are saying that you still want to get your back up order each month. Many Ambassadors choose this in order to always get their product at a certain time each month without having to go in and place extra orders.

9 B. Video 2: Customer Commissions and Bonuses [Video] Customer Commissions and Bonuses Notes From Video 2: (1) Retail Rewards and Commissions a. Volume comes from your customers AND your own purchases (PV) not from Ambassadors under you (those are pay points); PV is the amount of $$/volume for each product (might not be the same as the selling price...a little difference in selling price and PV) b. Retail Commissions i. 15% commission up to $499 through your back office that month ii. 25% from $500 up through your back office that month c. Retail Commissions are paid on your customers and your own purchases ABOVE the first $100 i. Paid on everything you sell to Retail and Preferred Customers that month plus your own purchases after the first $100 (that qualifies you to make commissions) ii. While you are only paid on the purchases above the first $100, to get to the 25% commissions for $500 and up, EVERYTHING counts...including the first $100 iii. Nutshell: $500 in PV in total for the month (your sales and your customer purchases) takes you to 25% commissions; commissions actually start after the first $100 in PV
10 (2) Preferred Customers a. They have an autoship just like Ambassadors so that they do not miss their products or have a delay; they can tweak it, defer it, or cancel it any time a couple days before their order is to leave (in their own back office...not yours!) b. You get the 15% or 25% commission PLUS you get Preferred Customer Bonuses for each product a Preferred Customer orders...this takes the commissions up closer to 35/30% and 35/40% total (with the commission you get plus the bonus added together...huge!) c. Preferred Customers get a discount (it is the second/middle way to buy on the charts) d. It takes approximately three Preferred Customers in order for you to get your TriPlex for free each month!

Half goes to Ambassadors (half to the company); other half goes four levels high b. These are paid WEEKLY (not on the 15th of the month) c. Division of the half that goes to Ambassadors examples are for $99 Welcome Pack; $199 Welcome Packs will be twice these amounts i. Half of the half goes to the new Ambassador s sponsor since this new Ambassador is her Level 1 (roughly $25) ii. 25% of the half goes to the next Ambassador up (roughly $12.50) iii. $7.50 bonus for the next Ambassador up iv. $5 bonus for the next Ambassador up Level 1-4 $99 WP $199 WP 1 $25.00 $ $12.50 $ $7.50 $ $5.00 $9.95
