We re now launching our second and bigger crowd fund, the Equity Draft, to give you the opportunity to own part of one of the most exciting brands in the UK right now. What began as 3 guys in a tiny office in Gloucester, has become one of the fastest growing brands in the UK. We now ship helmets to over 82 different countries and employ 35 awesome members of staff who, through living Ruroc together, have become a community of friends. NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - 190K We will speed up and increase our product development process and output by bringing testing rigs and assembly equipment for testing new product concepts in house. We will also invest in a large component 3D printer so we can knock out amazing new prototypes rapidly.

16 gracia amico testimonial a real unicorn BIO Gracia has nearly two decades of e-commerce and digital experience up to C-suite level. Her knowledge was gained working for global multi-channel retailers. Gracia was part of the first wave of e-commerce start-ups back in 2000, securing venture capital investment for her own dotcom company. Since then Gracia has been on the board of Hobbs as ecommerce Director, headed up Topman s ecommerce department and set up the online marketing strategy at Burberry. Gracia most recently held the position of CEO at PetsPyjamas.

17 our management DAN REES Dan - The commander in chief and a personal protective equipment specialist! Over the past 8 years Dan has grown 1-man Ruroc from a standing start with zero turnover to a 35 person business generating over 3.5m, profitably, per annum. Well versed in marketing, social-media, product design and sourcing Dan has laid the foundations that will drive Ruroc to it s ultimate goal of increasing participation and safety in action sports. MATTHEW REES Matt was head of a logistics company before joining Ruroc and taking on the role of CMO. His passion for action sports, adventure and excitement make him the man for understanding what the Ruroc customer needs. His love of business and learning has lead him to invest in companies such as Berkshire Hathaway, whose AGM he visits annually.

18 our management LUKE ASHLEY Luke is the Operations Director for Ruroc and since joining in November 2014 has reformed Ruroc s production process to meet rapidly growing demand. Luke has a degree in Business Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University where he developed a particular interest in project management and desire to help grow a startup business. Luke is currently taking further steps to improve production quality and efficiency by establishing Ruroc China to protect Ruroc s sourcing and production interests in the far east. BRIDGET REES Bridget whose role as CAO, exemplifies a career in Finance in Countries around the Globe prior to Ruroc, Bridget owned and grew several successful Coffee Shops and a Catering Company and uses her Finance and Organisations skills to steer the company in the right direction.
