8 Today we present for your attention megaproject development of huje deposit of iron ore Tebinbulak, with creation of modern steelmaking industry with the capasity of 1,5 mln. tons of steel per year. The intrusive containing ore manifestation prolonged in meridian, sized 4.5 х 1.8km, with he area of 800 he, has isometric и cone formation and goes deep till 1000 m. 9 Infrastructure: on the distance of 2 km to south-east lies electricity line and railroad. On 3-4 km there passes waterpipes lines from Tuyamuyun water reservoir supplying the city of Nukus. 10 Processing of Tebinbulak ores It is proposed to build mining-metallurgical complex of full cycle, including mining and ore processing, agglomeration and production of iron balls, production of high-legged quality steel in the capacity of 1,5 mln.t. Mining 10,9 mln.t Ore processing 10,4 mln.t Getting concentrate 2,6 mln.t Agglominerals 1,8 mln.t including: iron balls 0,3 mln.t ( to Bekabad) agglomerate 1,5 mln.t Pig-iron production 1,1 mln.t Steel production 1,5 mln.t By realization of this project it is planned to supply the annual needs of JSC Uzmetkombinat in iron balls (300 thous.t.), and production of high quality steel (1,5 mln.t.) that meets 100% need of Uzbekistan for iron. The richened concentrate can not be used straightly in steel production and should be formed in solid shapes mostly used as agglomeration or iron balls production. The purpose of agglomeration is to form them in solid forms, taking out sulfur and arsenic to increase the metallurgical properties of iron minerals. Iron balls ore material, gained by baking and rolling of concentrate in the form of ball granule with the diameter up to 30 mm. Iron balls differs from agglomerate by more mechanical properties and sufficiency to transportation and longtime keeping.

11 Location scheme of objects for producing high quality manganese steel On the basis of iron ore deposits of Temirkan, Syurenata and manganese deposit of Dautash there proposed to organise the production on producing high quality manganese steel. Mining 1,2 mln.t Ore processing 1,1 mln.t Concentrate production 0,6 mln.t incl. iron balls 0,3 mln.t Pig iron production 0,5 mln.t Steel production 0,65 mln.t JSC «Uzmetkombinat» produces 750 thous.tons of steel, which does not occupies the total need for it in Uzbekistan. TEMIRKAN IRON MANGANESEЦ SYURENATA DAUTASH There is another problem to be solved, that is supplying of JSC Uzmetkombinat with cocks- coal in amount of 0,5 mln.t.
