Your firm has expressed interest in providing these products. Below is an outline of some of the requirements that apply to this project. 8 SECTION 2 - PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS Introduction The supply of Cisco Equipment - Upgrade of VOIP Telephone System listed within this bid solicitation and specification is required by City of Norwalk s Information Technology. No installation services are required. The City of Norwalk is inviting quotes from authorized resellers for Cisco VOIP telephone system equipment and bidders must supply documentation from Cisco to substantiate their reseller status. Only submissions from authorized resellers will be considered for an award. All products to be purchased as a result of this bid solicitation shall be new, unused equipment. Refurbished or previously used products shall not be considered for an award. The City of Norwalk s Information Technology Department has selected specific equipment for this project, including the preferred manufacturer. The City has elected not to consider or accept substitutions of alternate equipment or products for this project.
