Being a high performing organisation DM Reference (DM#): Position Title Position Number Division Unit Classification/Band Project Support Officer Connections Program Delivery Band B Employment Status Full Time, Fixed Term to 30 June 2018 Salary Position reports to Location Position Contact $60, $69, plus superannuation Program Delivery Manager (East) Welsford Street, Shepparton Stephen Starkey Approver/Approval Date EM Role Purpose Project Support Officers work directly with the Program Delivery Managers, E2E Project Managers and Engagement Officers (i.e. Delivery Staff) on delivering the Connections Project. They are responsible for providing project reporting oversight, for their irrigation area, ensuring the delivery of key milestones. Project Support Officers are primarily office based roles that provide assistance to field based staff in preparing and recording information from customer interactions. This may involve scheduling meetings and providing content for consultations and negotiation discussions undertaken by Engagement Officers, handling telephone and front counter enquiries and general collation and processing of project related paperwork. The Project Support Officer is key to ensuring the targets of the connections project are achieved and aims delivered. This role will support GMW in delivering the Connections Project component of the business. Key Accountabilities Work with Delivery Staff, Customer Relationship Coordinators and regional Customer Service staff to ensure all project and customer milestones are achieved and customer satisfaction is enhanced Assist Delivery Staff to manage diary appointments, correspondence and meetings Coordinate papers and information for Board Approvals and other financial approvals Monitor and chase project actions and issues to ensure projects are progressed in a timely fashion Maintain reporting and tracking processes, including taking weekly minutes, for projects within given irrigation areas

2 Track and report on legal agreements, farm designs, Delivery Staff Coordinator performance, and customer related project status Work collaboratively with the Delivery Staff to ensure Agresso information accurately generates sufficient project budget for landowner incentive and project costs Help in the preparation, refinement, and completion of Project Documentation, as required Proactively communicate with customers, including preparing and sending letters, to ensure projects are progressed on time and customer satisfaction is enhanced Answer telephone and face to face customer enquiries Maintain customer consultation records Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing processes to facilitate expenditure within your irrigation area Review of existing projects within Agresso for validity, accuracy and currency of data, and help facilitate date checking Any other duties as required Position Capabilities The GMW Capability Framework applies to all employees.
