DATES: TUES 26, WED 27 & THURS 28 FEBRUARY 2013 The University of Wollongong s O-Week festival reaches a captive audience of over 5000 new and current students. O-Week spans 3 days and offers a showcase of events and activities within a festival atmosphere with performers, stalls, challenges and competitions. Partnering via sponsorship or stall for O-Week offers your organisation unique opportunities to market your product or service to these savvy students aged Access a target market who are knowledgable, informed and have high disposable incomes and establish brand loyalty with future professionals. Meet with students face to face at a time when they are establishing their purchasing behaviours. Our packages are designed to provide significant exposure. It s a fantastic event and a great chance for us to reach our local student market. We have as much fun as the students and the UniCentre staff make everything a breeze! We partnered at O-Week to increase i98 s brand awareness at the university which goes hand in hand with marketing to university students. Working with the UniCentre team has always been a pleasure, they re organised and interested in moving forward and looking at future trends which is really refreshing! The partnership was also beneficial in company branding awareness, launching new products, communicating our university student offering, and the overall opportunity to market to university students. 4 O-WEEK 2013 FESTIVAL STALLS 4 Corporate Stall (4 days) Date: Tues 26, Wed 27, Thurs 28 February and Wed 13 March. Corporate stall holders are placed to maximise exposure in high traffic positions for four days. Size: Stalls provided are 2.4m x 2.4m with basic power available on request. Options 4, 5, 6, 7 include: Parking permits x2 cars per day BENEFITS $2,000 + gst (four consecutive days) 5 Corporate Stall (1 day) Date: Tues 26 or Wed 27 or Thurs 28 February. Corporate stall holders are placed to maximise exposure in high traffic positions for one day. Size: Stalls provided are 2.4m x 2.4m with basic power available on request. $600 + gst / day 6 Own Branded Stall Date: Tues 26, Wed 27, Thurs 28 February. Organisations who wish to bring their own branded stall requiring an area from 3m x 3m and larger are welcome. There will be an additional cost for larger stalls depending on size and nature of the business. Basic power available on request. Opportunity to use your own branded stall Price on request depending on size and activity 7 Clubs & Societies Day Date: Wed 13 March. Clubs Day is another prime time to target this student population. Activities that are scheduled include clubs and societies displays, stalls, entertainment, giveaways and more. Several areas are designated high traffic for samplers. Time slots will be three hours with a maximum of four staff. All cancellations must be in writing to uc_marketing@uow.edu.au within 3 days of booking confirmation, otherwise 50% of your booking applies. O-Week will proceed during wet weather as a contingency plan is in place and refunds are not available. Advertising by any Telecommunications organisation must be approved by UniCentre Marketing. Organisations are only permitted to promote prepaid services and products sold through UniCentre retail outlets. Product sales: Stalls can undertake product or service sales, for approved items only. Sales will be confirmed on a case-bycase basis, but as a general rule food, beverages and offensive material are not eligible. Roaming sampling is not included must be booked separately. Booking deadline: 18 January, 2013 (unless sold earlier or otherwise advised) Artwork deadline: 4 February, 2013 (It is advised artwork is forwarded to us before the deadline) Wollongong UniCentre has the right to refuse any booking based on its Sponsorship & Advertising policy. Should any booking be refused, Wollongong UniCentre will not be liable for any costs incurred by the client. Graphic design of artwork is not included in the package options. Online and digital advertising must be used within 3 months from the date of booking.
