This includes instrument classification, issuance and conversion conditions, investment regulations, current asset allocation for funds as well as data about relevant institutions. apid can deliver company reported information on mergers and de-mergers, splits and reverse splits, class actions, name and domicile changes, capital changes, bankruptcies and liquidations. Upon action or event completion, the associated changes are automatically applied to SIX Financial Information s respective transaction categories (payments, basic data, etc.).
