4 Opportunities The Graduate Scheme What you get: The Graduate Scheme will be tailor made to suit each individual to achieve a development programmed that enables you to develop your career, whilst building on your knowledge and skills by working with our team of leading industry professionals and high profile clients. Our 3 year training programme enables you to work on a 1 year rotation of the Group companies. You will get hands-on experience and take responsibility in a live project environment across all sectors in order to provide you with a strong foundation for your future career.
